There comes popular cool kids in the cafeteria sitting in one table.
"Hey, man! What's up with you not wanting to hang with us earlier?"
Said one of the noticeable guy, Ryan standing up from his seat while raising his fist to Ethan in intention to fist bump him. Poor guy has been ignored.
"You completely forgot about what happened last mid December? Or you're just acting fool, Ryan?", said Ethan. Annoyed. Ryan slowly put his failed fist bump attempt down.
'Mid December..?' Brim thought.
"Come on, Ethan my man I know what you are up to. You can be honest with me for once", Ryan said while smirking, shifting his gaze from Brim who is standing beside Ethan and back to Ethan.
It clicked Brim.
"We happened to be in the same class and we are going to the same direction is all.." Brim stated, eyes on her, especially glare from the girls on that one table with the Mr. Jerk Popular there too.
Although to be honest, deep inside Brim she's curious about what happened
in their last Mid December.. That's when things went downhill for her too..
"Why is everyone having beef with last Christmas now.." Brim's mind wanders.
"You're really chill person, girl! How come I didn't know you? Though you are familiar,"
"Thank you if you think so, it's Brim," Brim smiled and took a single glance at the counter of the cafeteria.
"Oh, I don't wanna miss the foods, there are crowds of people already. Are you coming along, Ethan?" She continued.
"Of course, yeah I'm coming. Catch you later, dude."
Ethan said while leaving a friendly light hit on Ryan's back.
While on the one table with Ryan and the girls, Brim just didn't happen to know someone's eyes on her. Ever since she stepped into the class this morning, even.
"YO, Leon. You've been quite since this morning. Missed talking to Ethan that much? Then you better make it up to him."
Leon shift his gaze to Ryan, "Pfft. Not my fault his 'girlfriend' thinks I'm better than him. I'm just fulfilling a pretty lady's dream like a gentleman~"
Ryan chuckled, "You are such a jerk, I take that back. He really should stay away from this Mr. steal your girl." while shaking his head.
"Ryan, clearly it's not Leon's fault. That chick is just way too flirty around handsome and hot guys. So there's no one on fault, okay?" The girl that's beside Leon tangling her arms with him said, defending his 'boyfriend'.
"Says someone who is also seems to be smitten by handsome and hot guys. Just stay out of our way, alright?" Ryan rolled his eyes at Leon's 'girlfriend' in annoyance.
"Ugh, whatever Ryan. You're annoying."
"Don't pissed her off, Ryan. We're trying to have a nice lunch here, right babe?"
Leon replied, defending his girlfriend.
"Exactly~!" The girlfriend replied faking her sadness.
"Piss off, you old fashioned lovebirds. I'm already losing my appetite even though my food haven't arrived yet. I'm outta here." Ryan said before getting up from the table, trying to find Brim and Ethan.
The girlfriend, known as Sherry rolled her eyes.
"Don't worry buddy, Ryan's just annoyed cus' he's not the king here"
Another friend of Leon comfort him and stand by his side, named Daniel that sat opposite his direction.
"I guess that's true." Leon smirked, while his girlfriend on the other hand nodded in agreement.
"That's why we gotta throw a party tonight and show who the King of the school is!" Daniel pump his fist in the air and went up on to the table to announce,
"Too early, don't you think babe?" Sherry asked, "Doesn't matter, treat it like warming up session in entering our senior year yeah?" Leon replied while closing the gaps between
them by squeezing Sherry on her slender waist.
"I hope I have everyone's attention!" Daniel shouted, earning all of their attentions including Ethan,Brim and Ryan who are turning their body and heads to look.
"Tonight, as usual... we do.."
"PARTY!!"
The crowd of people continued his sentences.
"Will send you guys the address," Daniel added. Not long after that, many phones received their notification as Brim hears many notification sounds across the cafteria, including her phone and Ethan.
"Isn't that TOO sudden? I think.." Brim stated and have Ethan agreeing to it.
"They are always this wild. At this point I won't even be surprised if they held a party BEFORE school starts." Ryan said, annoyed by them.
Ethan and Brim laughed at Ryan's statement. Proceeding to agree with him.
