~Hey! :) Sorry it's taken so long for the next part.. School has been a killer xD Hope you enjoy the next part!~

"I've missed you so much Lucy!" Squealed Zarita through the phone, "How's everything back in Australia?" Zarita had left a couple months back to visit her family in Cyprus, and this was the first time I had spoken to her since she left. I filled her in of everything that had happened since she left.

"Wow. I've missed a lot!" She exclaimed. "So! How is that boy of yours?" I had omitted everything about Christian, not wanting to steal the spot light from her and her stories from her holiday. After telling her, she went silent for a moment.

"When I get back I am going to give that boy a piece of my mind." I laughed at the thought of someone so small like Zarita giving anyone a piece of her mind. I could picture her in Cyprus lying on the beach talking on her phone, the sun tanning her already brown skin. The last time I saw her, she had her hair permed. By now I imagine it would be back to its natural straightness.

"Oh! I almost forgot. "She exclaimed. "Do you still have that picture of us from that concert we went to last year? I wanted a copy of it."

"Um. I'll check for you. Did you want me to email it?"

"Yes please hon." I heard her speaking to someone in the background then she told me she had to leave. We said our goodbyes and I hung up the phone on my way to the computer. I turned on the monitor and went to make myself a hot chocolate to defrost my body. Someone must have turned off the heater.

With the hot chocolate in one hand and a cookie in the other, I sat down at the computer to search for the photo. In front of the key board I saw my iPod. Smiling I turned it on and logged into the computer. I hadn't used this computer in a while because I had my laptop, but of course being me, I had broken it. So I opened my old photo album and scrolled down. I stopped for a moment and put my iPod on shuffle and pressed play.

I didn't realise how many photos I had. I loved taking photos. Looking back on old memories and smiling, I kept scrolling until I noticed another picture I didn't know I still had. I clicked on it and froze. My iPod changed songs and my eyes began to water. The picture was of Christian and I at school. The teacher had given out laptops for us to look up some definitions for Health class, but the laptops had webcams built in, so naturally, there was no work done in those classes.

The music in my ears made me even sadder. The song playing was a Mayday Parade song about saving your heart for someone who is worth dying for. I stared at the screen unable to move. His face was close to mine and he was smiling. He was doing that half smile I loved. I looked over at me and frowned. My hair was dark brown at the time and in a pony tail. My side fringe hanging in my eyes, and I was smiling with him.

A tear rolled down my cheek and I quickly wiped it away. I closed the screen forgetting about the photo Zarita had asked for, and pulled the earphones out of my ears.

Why did it have to be so difficult to let go? I sighed and turned on the T.V. looking for a distraction, when I heard the doorbell ring. I froze and thought of Christian. I looked down at what I was wearing. I had on my favourite black skinny jeans and a white off the shoulder shirt. I guess it would have to do. I raced barefoot to the door and opened it with a smile.

"Lucy!" My smile disappeared when I recognised Dean. He stood at my door in faded jeans which sat very low on his hips. I was surprised they even managed to stay on. He also wore a tight black shirt showing off the top of his chest.

"What are you doing here?" I didn't even know he knew where I lived.

"Well," He said walking through the door and into the lounge "I got worried. I haven't spoken to you in months." He looked around the room "Nice place." He complimented.

"Thanks, I'm fine. Really, I am." I hoped I sounded convincing.

He sat down on the couch and looked up at one of the paintings on the wall.

"Whoa, that's mad." He remarked at the landscape my mother had painted for fun. My house was covered in her artwork. Her biggest dream was to be an artist, but she needed to make money so now she works as an accountant in the city.

"My mum painted it." I replied taking a seat on a different couch. "You got a haircut I see."

He touched his hair and scrunched up his face.

"Yeah, I don't like it though, my mates told me to get it done, said that the 'teardrop' look would suit me. What do you reckon?" His black hair was short at the back then grew longer at the front giving him a side fringe. I didn't like it. His hair before was a lot better. It looked like Christian's, except it was black instead of dark brown.

"It's alright" I replied with a shrug.

"You hate it." He accused. "Lucy you are a terrible liar." He laughed and I smiled back at him.

I got up and offered him a drink. He of course followed me into the kitchen and watched me place the glasses on the bench and pour him some orange juice. I became self conscious. I hadn't done my hair or put on any sort of makeup and I felt way too exposed. He picked up the glass and thanked me as I patted down my hair and looked away. He stepped forward and placed the glass back down. I looked back at him and he was looking at me funny.

"Dean? Are you okay?" I asked.

"I'm fine" He replied while pushing my hair out of my eyes. I blushed and stepped back, biting my lip. I heard him sigh and he went back to his drink. I heard him mumble something into his drink. It sounded like "Still obsessed with him." I looked down at my hands. They were freezing cold. I tried rubbing them together while walking to turn the heater on.

"Where's Ruby?" I jumped, not realising Dean was behind me. "Oh," He laughed. "I'm sorry."

"It's okay." I laughed turning the heater on. "She's at one of her friend's house."

Dean looked thoughtful for a moment then asked "What about your mum? Where's she?" I gave him a questioning look and told him she was at work. He had a smirk on his face as he came to sit beside me.

"So, we're alone?" He asked moving closer. My eyes widened as I realised what he was trying to say. I gave an embarrassed laugh and moved away. He tried to apologise saying that he was joking, but I knew that he wasn't.

"Maybe you should go. My mum would kill you if she knew you were here."

I walked to the door with my arms crossed. He walked up to me and I opened the front door. As I turned to open the door he took my face in his hands and kissed me with a lot of force, pushing my back against the wall. I stood there for a moment in shock then tried to get him off me. I pushed at his chest but he was a lot stronger than me. Then all of a sudden he was being pulled off me by someone in a black hoodie. I gasped as I saw Dean on the ground in my lounge room being punched repeatedly by this stranger. I screamed as I saw Dean's face start to bleed. I yelled at the boy to stop but he didn't listen. I started to panic but was frozen in place by fear. I screamed at the boy with the hoodie to stop again and forced myself to move. I tried to pull him away from Dean. Nothing. He wouldn't move. I grabbed his arm trying to stop the blows to Dean's bloodied face.

"LUCINDA LET ME GO! I'LL KILL HIM FOR WHAT HE JUST DID TO YOU!" The boy in the hoodie screamed at me. I gasped, but didn't let go.

"Stop! Please Christian!" I pleaded. As soon as I spoke his name, Christian stopped fighting me and slumped to the ground.
