To code html on a computer you need a computer(duh)
And notepad or you can google code editors (I prefer notepad++)
I won't teach you how to use the program because there are plenty of videos on youtube on how to use the programs.
Or if you have android the app quoda is great. I use quoda with my bluetooth keyboard
