There it was.

The answer.

Now he knows why he hates the name Jeno.

A so simple yet heart-wrenching name that causes him to literally rip his sanity apart.

Jeno kissed Mark, and Haechan doesn't know why, but the vision of them sitting together in the sweaty room with four other boys while sucking each other's faces off, hurts him so freaking much.

The bad feeling in his heart returned. The same feeling he felt before he was on the road.

He still doesn't know why he remembers stuff like this. Things that he wasn't even a part of.

After seeing Jeno it was just like the memory came to him, causing his head to hurt so much that he fainted. Now, he doesn't know if he is conscious or unconscious. He can feel a hand intertwined with his own and hear muffled voices around him, but everything is black and he can't move at all.

He wants to cry, but he can't.

A weird force is keeping him from it.

"So," Jeno gulped and kept his eyes on the road. He was driving the car while Mark sat in the backseat with the fainted Haechan laying next to him, head on his lab. "What do we do?"

Mark sighed. "He's breathing so he isn't dead."

Jeno scoffed. "Surprise," he mumbled sarcastically.

Mark ignored him. "Just keep driving. We'll let him rest at the beach house," he said and stroked Haechan's fluffy hair, an unintentional smile creeping its way onto his lips.

Mark couldn't hate the cute boy.

No matter how much he wanted to, he just couldn't.

Sure, Haechan is somehow able to know something that happened to Mark without having been told anything about it, but the older can't hate him for that.

He's sure Haechan is as confused, if even more, as himself, so there is no actual reason for him to lash out on him. Mark should be helping him find out what's going on, not ignore him as he had done so far.

He felt so bad now.

"He's cute," Jeno said. "I understand why you like him so much."

Mark furrowed his eyebrows. "What do you mean."

The younger laughed. "You look at him like he's the only person in the entire universe. I'm your best friend, Mark. I see everything."

Mark already knew it, he wasn't dumb. "I'm trying not to catch feelings, but it's hard," he smiled. "He's just so lovable," he said and looked at Haechan yet again. Although the younger was dead unconscious he looked so peaceful, like he was taking a nap while having the best dream.

"Just promise me you'll be careful," Jeno said seriously, eyes still focused on the road. "We don't know who he is."

Mark looked out his window. "We don't even know what he is," he added.

Jeno kept quiet but gave Mark a confused look, asking what the older meant with his eyes.

"Do you remember back in first grade when I broke my arm?" Mark questioned.

Jeno nodded.

"Well, yesterday we visited the park it happened at with Mini, and Haechan suddenly froze. He looked at me and said he saw me breaking my arm there. He had a vision of something that happened to me, Jeno. He saw me, breaking my arm when I was eight. He saw it in his head like he remembered one of his own memories," the raven-haired told, his voice cracking in the end. "He's not human."

Jeno gulped. "Is this a joke?"

"Do you think this is a fucking joke?!" Mark raised his voice. He coughed and looked down. "Sorry, I-"

He was scared.

"I'm just so scared. This is so unreal and I don't know what to do."

The boy that sat so peacefully on the road was different, and not different in a typical way, but different in a way you read in books or see in movies. The type of different only kids would believe in. Even some kids don't.

Mark never did either, never once in his life. His imagination and creativity stretched far, but he could tell it apart from reality.

That was until now.

Now, where his thought on the world had changed completely. And it all had begun with that one day, that one day that now drove him absolutely crazy.

Because in all of Mark's life, he would've never imagined seeing a naked boy sitting helplessly on a road, looking so fragile and confused.

Johnny took a seat next to Jaehyun in the dark room. The younger was staring into nothing and Johnny felt really bad.

"I'm sorry for mentioning Ten. I know you don't like when people talk about him," the bigger guy apologized and hoped that Jaehyun would at least look at him.

The younger only lowered his gaze more. "Donghyuck will end up like Ten. You were right," he muttered with a sarcastic chuckle.

Johnny sighed. "You know it isn't your fault, Jae. You can't do anything about it. It's Donghyuck's own fault that he broke the most punishable rule. I know you had no choice but to send him into a sideways trance," he comforted and finally managed to get Jaehyun to look at him. "I'm sorry for getting all worked up earlier. I know you love Donghyuck like a brother."

Jaehyun kept his cloudy expression and looked straight ahead of him again.

"The first time Ten told me he was in love, I had no idea what to expect. When he told me who he was in love with I was beyond terrified," Jaehyun whispered faintly, warm salty tears building up in his eyes.

"Ten had fallen for his human," he looked a Johnny. "Ten, a guardian angel, fell in love with Taeyong, his human."

"And then Donghyuck, a guardian angel, fell in love with Mark, his human."

"I could've prevented them from doing anything stupid, but funny enough, both Ten and Donghyuck managed to break the rule. Now, Donghyuck is following the same road as Ten, and it's my fault."
