"Here it is." Hoseok said as they reached the house.
"You're telling me Yoongi lived here?" Jungkook asked in disbelief looking at the house in front of them. It was a small two story house that was extremely run down. The outside gate was broken and the front yard was littered with garbage and beer bottles.
Namjoon felt his anger rise at just thinking that this was where someone as Yoongi lived.
"Okay, then. Let's go in." Namjoon said determinedly making the other two nod. The three of them got out of the car, and walked towards the house. Once at the door, Namjoon nodded to Hoseok, who in turn nodded and banged on the door loudly.
"Police! Open up!" He yelled. They waited, but there was no answer.
"Jungkook." Namjoon said making the other nod, before turning to the door and kicking it down. Once down, the three of them walked into the house, their noises being hit with a foul smell.
"God, this place stinks." Hoseok said wrinkling his nose in disgust.
"Not to mention it's filled with trash." Jungkook noted seeing plates, cups, takeout containers, and beer bottles scattered all over the place.
"I can't imagine Yoongi living in these conditions." Namjoon said shaking his head in disbelief. They finished searching the first floor, but didn't find Yoongi's father anywhere. "It doesn't look like he's down here. Let's check upstairs."
Quickly, the trio made their way up the stairs, and began checking the different rooms. At opening one door however, they stopped. It was a small room with only a bed, a desk, and a closet. The bed had a pillow and a thin blanket, that doesn't look like it would be very warm in this winter weather. On the desk, several papers were scattering around, and lifting one up Namjoon saw that it was Yoongi's school notes and homework.
"Well, looks like Yoongi is an average B+ student." Hoseok said picking up the teenager's report card.
"He's doing better than I did in high school." Jungkook said, making the other two roll their eyes at the younger. Jungkook continued to look around the room. This was supposed to be a teenager's room, but there was nothing that stood out. No decorations, no posters, nothing. Even hotel rooms had more things than this room!
As Jungkook continued to look around he spotted something by the foot of the bed by a trash can, and curiously Jungkook picked up a crumbled piece of paper and read it over. When he did though his heart sank.
"Um, hyungs you might want to look at this." Jungkook told them handing the paper to them.
"What is it?" Namjoon questioned, but Jungkook simply frowned.
"You're not going to like it."
Hoseok looked over Namjoon's shoulder, and both of them gasped as they read the several notes the younger handed them.
Better have our hw done by tomorrow or else you'll regret it
Your dad isn't the only one u should be afraid off
Don't know why u still try. You're just a waste of space. Not even your dad cares about you
Namjoon crumbled up the pieces of paper and threw them across the room.
"Looks like Yoongi was having a hard time in school too." Hoseok said sadly. The notes had different handwritings, so it was safe to say that Yoongi had at least three bullies. At least. Namjoon hated to think how many people there were who actually hurt Yoongi. What did such an innocent kid do to deserve this?
