Chapter Six- Ready?

It's been one week since Yoongi has been in the hospital, and today was finally the day that the couple would be able to bring the teenager to their house, and they couldn't be more excited.

Hoseok and Jungkook would often come to visit Yoongi and stay with him while Jin and Namjoon would be at work or went home. He still wouldn't talk much, and would often avoid eye contact, but the younger started to grow comfortable being around all of them. He's never felt so cared for, and it made somewhat sad that strangers were the ones showing him this affection, rather than his own father. Yoongi would dwell on that thought, but would eventually push it aside to focus on the present and not the past.

"Aren't you glad Yoongi? Soon you'll be out of this hospital, and go home with hyungs." Jungkook said with a smile. Yoongi gave a nod.

Jungkook was with Yoongi in the hospital, while Namjoon and Jin finished getting everything ready at home. They wanted everything to be perfect for when the teenager got to the house.

"Hyungs really want to make you feel right in and they want everything to be perfect for you. They've been fixing and rearranging things all week long." Jungkook said with a chuckle remembering how Jin and Namjoon would organize things one way, but eventually change their mind, take everything down, and start over again.

"T-They don't h-have to. I don't w-want to be more of a b-burden." Yoongi said playing with the ends of the blanket. Jungkook frowned.

"Yoongi, you're not a burden. I'm sure hyungs already told you that. We all want to be there for you and help, especially them."

"But... I'm sure t-they never t-thought about adopting and n-now they're stuck with me."

"Yoongi, let me tell you something." Jungkook said seriously, making the younger look at him somewhat worriedly at the tone of the older. Jungkook noticed and apologized before he began again in a more gentle tone. "I've known Jin-hyung and Namjoon-hyung for a long time now. They're like my older brothers, they along with Hoseok-hyung have always been there for me, and I love them and I've never seen them this excited before. They've been wanting to adopt for some time now, but they never seemed to find the right fit for them. They were just about to give up, but then you showed up. Granted it wasn't under the best circumstances, but still. I see the way they both care about you, and when our boss said they were going to look to see if you had someone to take you in Namjoon-hyung was pretty upset about it. He really hoped you would stay with him and Jin-hyung because they wanted to be the ones to take care of you. Now that you are, they are beyond happy and I'm glad the three of you will have each other now." Jungkook took a breath. "Wow, I don't think I've ever talked that much at once before." He chuckled, and Yoongi looked down.

"S-So they're really happy?"

Jungkook smiled at hearing the relief in the boy's voice and nodded.

"Happier than you can imagine. Now the three of you can be like me, Tae, and Jiminie!"

The teenager tilted his head with a puzzled look on his face making Jungkook internally coo. Jin was right when he said the boy was like a kitten.

"Tae and J-Jiminie?"

"Oh! That's right I don't think I mentioned it before. Tae is my husband and Jimin is our little." Jungkook explained proudly.

"Little?"

"That's right. By the look on your face I'm guessing you've haven't heard of it." Jungkook guessed making Yoongi shake his head.
