Junhui sat on the practice room, headphones on as he hummed to the beat. He moved his head slightly, tapping the melody onto the wooden floor below him with his fingers
The male closed his eyes, allowing the music to take him away, flooding through his system completely. He sighed, the songs calming him down after a busy day of practice
"Uh hey Jun, you alright?"
Startled, Junhui opened his eyes upon hearing a voice. He looked up to see Seokmin, smiling at him. The boy turned off the music and took off his headphones, nodding at the younger
"Oh yeah, I'm fine."
Even though that wasn't true, Junhui cracked a smile at Seokmin. He was not okay, not even in the slightest. He hadn't been since he had that dream, that nightmare about Minghao
"That's good! You were really into that music."
The shorter male laughed, grinning as he waved a slight goodbye. Junhui watched as the boy opened the practice room door, exiting shortly there after. He had just lied through his teeth, and he hated to say it, but these were times where acting experience came in handy
Actually, telling the truth was the hard concept for him to grasp. No one needed to know how he felt, it would only hurt them. He would protect the people around him at all costs. Plus, he deserved the pain he felt by keeping it bottled up
Junhui snapped out of his thoughts at the feeling of a hand on his shoulder. He looked back to see Minghao holding a bag which held his dance clothes, his head tilted as he spoke
"Ready to go Junnie?"
The younger's hair was messy, cheeks flushed, and there was sweat on his forehead. The elder was addicted to the sight in front on him, like a drug he could never get enough of. He looked so perfect, there wasn't a single flaw he could find on the boy
This was the person whom he wanted to hug, to pepper his face with kisses, to watch the sunrise with, his butterfly. Junhui mentally slapped himself, knowing that this could never be
Minghao and he were friends. Friends shouldn't be thinking about each other in this way, yet the elder couldn't help himself. He knew the other would never feel this way about him, but it was too late. His heart was now in a web, encased in the hands of the younger boy
"Junnie?"
Junhui shook his head, he had zoned out again. Recollecting himself, the elder boy nodded sheepishly. He stood up, walking over to the bench to grab his things his things
"Oh yeah, sorry I'm ready."
The taller boy put his dirty clothes in his bag, watching as the Minghao smiled at him. He flashed a smile back at him, slinging the bag over his shoulder
