But yeah she was so nice. She was so nice and cared about me. No one else did, literally I don't think I've ever felt love before that. She a peach scone. She's a peach scone.

The rest of the day went by pretty fast and nothing really eventful happened. That was until work ended and she grabbed her regular peach scone and vanilla latte, hanging her apron up and rushing outside. Eliza was waiting in the car for her. She hopped in and handed Eliza her favorite. A peach scone and vanilla latte. She smiled at her and Elizabeth said "aww thanks Lexi! How was your day?" She set them aside and looked over at Alex " seatbelt." She said and alex put her seatbelt on with an eye roll " the rest of the day was pretty boring..." she looked out of the car window as they rolled down the street " how was yours?" Alex asked absentmindedly as she played with the window "Mine was pretty good. You know the usual, helping Angelica with Schuyler corp and taking care of the rest of the family" she said, getting on the freeway and driving alex to her shitty apartment that she could barely afford. " you know...you should really take up my offer....I'm sure Angelica would be willing to give you a job and then you could come live with me" she suggested for the 100th time. Alex smiled and snapped out of her trance " you know I don't take help...even if it's from beautiful rich women" she laughed and watched as her friend blushed "it's just an offer!!....but you should take it- I'm worried lexi...your apartment is in a really bad part of town.." she said with a sigh as she turned down the street that let to her apartment " I know Lizzie but I can take care of myself" she said as the car stopped. " I don't know about that.." Eliza muttered under her breathe, parking the car " just think about it ok Alex?" She looked at her with the serious mom stare. " alright alright! Promise!" Alex leaned over and kissed Eliza's cheek " love you Lizzie! Thanks for the ride" alex opened the door and ran out " love you too lexi! Be safe! Im serious! Be safe!!" She yelled after alex as she dan into her apartment before backing out and muttering " that girl is gonna be the death of me" she shook her head and went home.
