painting {sam}

we all walk to the filming room where everything is covered in plastic and the walls are sectioned into three parts

sam films us as he assigns us each a section of the wall

i'm on the smaller wall, by the door

jake is next to me and is sharing the big wall with colby

"don't move out of your section. no sabotaging. understood?"

we all nod

i look over at jake "no sabotaging"

he smirks, shrugging

"if you don't sabotage mine, i'll buy you lunch"

he smiles widely "deal"

we shake on it

sam points the camera at colby

"do you want to make a deal?"

colby shakes his head "nah, i'll take my chances"

this makes jake smirk as sam shrugs

"alright your thirty minutes start now"

i grab the paint roller, dipping half of it into the pink and the other half into the blue

i roll it onto the wall, mixing it slightly so it looks cool

i repeat this process until the whole wall is painted to my liking

when i finish, we still have twenty minutes

i wait for it to dry some before adding to it

as i wait, i walk over to jake, asking what he's doing

he laughs loudly "i have no clue"

i giggle, noticing that you wrote 'kevin jonas was here'

he smiles a big, cheesy smile "i finger painted that"

i laugh "you act like a child sometimes"

"sometimes?" colby shouts, making us all laugh

i walk over to colby seeing a whole mess of pink in random patterns

he's in the process of writing his name in big letters with blue

when he finishes, he smiles at it

"that looks cool colby"

his smile widens "thank you"

"can you film for a second?"

"sure" he says, walking over, taking the camera from sam

i take sam's hand, smiling up at him

he laughs "what do you want me to do, babe?"

"pick a color"

"yellow"

i smile brightly "perfect"

"cause it's your favorite color" he says with rosy cheeks

i giggle, reaching up to kiss his lips before grabbing the yellow paint lid

i put my right hand in it, pressing it to the wall

he puts his left hand in it, placing it next to mine with a small space in between

i dip my finger in the paint, writing my name under my hand

sam does the same, adding a plus sign between our names

we take a step back, looking at it with big smiles

"cute" colby screams

"couple goals" jake says in a girl voice

we all laugh

colby continues filming jake as sam and i walk to the kitchen to wash our hands

we wash our hands together, or rather we wash each others hands, laughing like idiots

i dry my hands before handing the towel to sam

he dries them quickly before throwing the towel on the table, placing both hands on my face, pulling me into a heart racing kiss

i melt into him, wrapping my arms around his neck

when he pulls away slowly, i'm left breathless

"mmm" i hum, looking up into his blue eyes "what was that for?"

he smiles "for being so fucking cute"

i smile widely, kissing his nose, making him chuckle

"let's go finish your video so we can cuddle or something" i suggest

he nods, taking my hand, leading me to his filming room where colby and jake are screaming

i laugh as i see sam's face full of shock

jake's section of the wall is completely covered in random ass things

and colby's is the same

"okay, time is up. put the brush and-sock- down jake"

jake laughs, dropping the paint brush and sock

we end the video and clean up the mess, letting the paint dry before moving the furniture back

we postmates some food and i pay for jake's like promised

as we eat, we watch netflix and just hang out together

once we finish our food, i cuddle up into sam's side

a big smile forms on his face as he wraps his arm around me, placing a kiss to my head

i smile, resting my head on his chest, keeping my arms wrapped around his waist

and that's how we stay for the rest of the evening
