Soobin sat on the cold floor at the back of the class, wondering if he should do it. Wondering if he should as Huening Kai out. They were good friends. Not best, but defiantly good. Soobin stayed there for at least 20 minutes before deciding to ask his friend out. He didn't care if he was rejected and Huening Kai ignored him after, he couldn't hide his feeling anymore. His heart beat faster than it ever did whenever he was near the other boy, and his face was painted red whenever the younger spoke to him. He hasn't told anyone he was gay, yes he was a bit scared of everyone's response, but it couldn't be that bad. Could it?

So when the break for lunch rang, Soobin walked towards the table where him, Huening Kai, Beomgyu and Taehyun sat. He was the first one there, which suprised his other friends, since he was always the last one there. Soobin smiled and laughed with them until Huening Kai arrived, he smiled brightly at the younger. He asked if he could speak to him and when the younger said sure, the two walked away. They stopped at the stairs that led to the rooftop. Soobin let out a breath he didn't know he was holding before looking up at Kai, who was looking at him curiously. Soobin rubbed the back of his neck before speaking.

"Kai, please don't hate me or ignore me after this. Let's stay friends after this," he paused and looked at the younger that was now confused, "Kai I like you. Not as a friend but something more than that."
Soobin looked at Kai who was looking away, Soobin tried to look at his face but wasn't able to. He heard a small laugh come from the younger, and that laugh made him more scared than he ever was.
"Hyung, I l...like you too," Kai turned around, his cheeks painted crimson red, "It's just that I'm scared. Scared of how everyone will react. I wasn't brave. I wasn't brave enough to ask you out. I was sacred of what they'd do, hyung."
Soobin hugged the younger, a small tear of happiness slipping down his cheek. Kai was shocked but hugged back and smiled brightly.

The two were happier than ever, they told their 3 friends, and it turned out Taehyun and Beomgyu were also dating. Soobin for once was happy, but happiness never lasts forever. At least not this time.

The news of them dating managed to spill across the school after 6 days of them dating.

Everytime they walked into school, names were thrown at them.

Everytime they walked in the hallway, they were pushed to the floor.

Everytime they hugged, they were glared at in disgust.

Everytime in class, notes of disgust were thrown at them.

They were told to die so many times, both considered it.

They were told thay they were disgusting so many time, they both believed it.

Soobin didn't know what to do.

Kai wanted to protect his first love.

And so, Kai thought that breaking up would fix everything. Soobin belived him. They promised each other to still be friends, and maybe sometime get back together.

Yet the bullying didn't stop, it just became worse, and worse. Huening Kai moved school for that reason, but Soobin stayed. He lived through the bullying every year. Beomgyu and Taehyun moved schools. They were scared that their relationship would be broken too.

Soobin didn't blame Huening Kai for the bullying.

Soobin blamed Heuning Kai for leaving him alone. Broken.

Soobin was breaking down in tears in front of the older. Yeonjun rubbed his hand across the younger's back, trying to comfort him. Trying to stop the tears but he couldn't. He didn't know how to. He didn't know what to do. He was stuck, and yet he saw this as a chance to ask the younger he wanted to ask him since the 3rd dream. Yeonjun knew it wasn't the best idea, and that he probably shouldn't, but he couldn't keep it inside himself anymore. Yeonjun sighed before making Soobin look at him, the tears still flowing down his face.

"I know this is stupid," Yeonjun began, Soobin's eyes were filled with confusion and sadness, "but I love you Soobin, more then friends. Ever since the 3rd dream, I wanted to ask you out," Yeonjun chuckled, "and here I am now. Soobin will you go out with me?"

The younger looked more than shocked, his tears stopped, but his eyes still looked sad. They didn't know each other for longer than a week in real life, yet Yeonjun managed to ask him that. Soobin looked away. Yeonjun looked down.
