Alyssa’s POV

Arghhh!!! Nakakahiya! Bakit naman kasi lumalabas ng nakatuwalya lang yung mokong na yun.. Show off! At sadinami dami ng magiging kapit bahay ko ay si Mr. Sungit pa talaga.

Pero in fairness talaga sa kanya, ang gwapo nya.. At yung katawan jusko.. Di man ganun ka toned yung abs nya, well pwede na din.. Pero yung arms talaga.. Ang sarap siguro magpayakap sa kanya..

Ahhhhh!!! Erase erase! Ano ba tong naiisip ko? Bwiset pa din sya! Masungit na nga, mayabang pa.

Bago ako natulog, nag videocall lang ako sa family ko. Kailangan ko matulog ng maaga dahil bukas na agad ang first day ko sab ago kong trabaho. Sana naman mababait yung mga magiging workmates ko.

Papikit na ako ng pumasok na naman sa isip ko yung Nakita ko kanina. Hayyyyy Mr. Sungit, lubayan mo na ako, please lang. Pati ng katawan mong yummy.. Lubayan nyo na ang utak ko.. Hahahaha

Kiefer’s POV

Maaga akong umalis for work. Kailangan ko kasi I check lahat ng naiwan kong trabaho nung umuwi ako for vacation last week. Mamayang pag uwi ko, itatanong ko nalang kay Ate Fe.

I was reading some reports when our secretary approached me.

“Kiefer, Ms. Li is calling you in her office”.

“Xie xie (Thank you in Mandarin) Grace. I’ll be there in a minute.”

Ms. Li is the head of our team. She had been my boss since I started working here. Mabait sya. She’s a Taiwanese. She’s been fair to all of us. I am the only Filipino in our team but I never felt discrimination.

“Zaoshang Hao Ms. Li”

“Welcome back Kiefer! How’s vacation?”

“It’s good mam. My Mom was very happy that I was able to celebrate her birthday with them.”

“It’s good to hear. I called you to tell you something”, sabi nya.

“What is it Ms Li?”, kinakabahan kong tanong.

“This is regarding our new engineer, the one that I’m telling you that will be sharing with all your customer accounts. I can see that you’re having a bad time managing all of them that’s why I’m giving you a partner. Is that ok with you?”

“Of course Ms. Li..”

“She’s already here. She’ll be endorsed in our department later in the afternoon. I’ll be calling a meeting later to formally introduce her to the team.”

“Oh I see..”

“Here’s her files if you want to check. She’s a Filipina by the way”.

Iniabot sa akin ni Ms. Li yung files nya at pagkabukas ko ng folder, I was shocked pero bigla akong na excite. I was still holding her files hanggang sa makaupo ako sa table ko.

“ Hmmmm. Engineer Alyssa Valdez. Di ko na pala kailangang itanong kay ate Fe..” , bulong ko habang ngiting ngiti.

Alyssa’s POV

I was asked to report for work at 8:00 am. I stayed in the HR for the whole morning since I need to know all the company protocols and there are still documents that I need to accomplish. Mamayang hapon na lang daw ako ieendorse sa magiging Department ko.

I was first introduced to my boss, Ms. Li. She was so cheerful and looked really kind. Isinama nya ako sa isang conference room kung saan andun daw yung mga magiging ka team ko. Puro Taiwanes. Hehehe.. Pero magagaling naman mag English kaya ok lang.
