Chapter Twenty Five

The Other Side

Tonight! Take me to the other side. Sparks fly like the fourth of July. Just take me to the other side. I see that sexy look in your eyes and I know we ain't friends anymore. If we walk down this road, we'll be lovers for sure. So tonight, kiss me like its do or die and take me to the other side.- Jason Derulo

*Blake's P.O.V.*

Me and Rosie had been home for two days now since the wedding reception. We bid the happily married couple farewell after the party to Cancun and we headed back home the day after. Rosie had been extremely clingy these last two days and being extremely goofy. I figured it was only because I would be going back to my own household on Monday, which only left us with two days.

Not saying that things would end between us because I would probably still remain over here all of the time. It had grown to be my home. And besides me and Rosie were a couple now. We weren't getting rid of each other any time soon. I had gotten used to waking up to Rosie laying sound asleep next to me in the mornings. And so did she. I guess that was supposedly the problem. I wouldn't be over here as much, or so she thought.

I watched as Rosie walked out of the bathroom singing softly to herself. She looked over to me and smiled cheekily. She had on one of my shirts, her favorite shirt to be exact. It had a picture of two stick people holding hands and in air bubbles by the guy's head it said "She's mine, ok?" I don't know why she loved it so much, but I didn't mind if it meant her smell would be left on it.

She sat down in front of her bedroom mirror while talking to her mom and brushing her hair for the night. I found it cute how she had a little night routine that she did every night. OMG, I sound really whipped right about now. But I could care less really, because I know I am.

"Alright, love you too! See you later." she said placing the phone on the charger. She placed her brush on table and turned to look at me.

"How long have you been looking at me?" She asked trying not to smile, but failed miserably.

I only laughed at her, "Since you walked out of the bathroom."

She got up and walked over to the ipod deck and started playing music. She sung quietly to herself as she walked around the room. Seemed as if she was avoiding coming over to the bed. I just watched her mindlessly not saying anything to her. The song changed as she turned herself to look at me with a sheepish grin on her face. The song now playing was Ride by SoMo. She looked down at her feet, still avoiding me and the bed.
