Chapter Five

Harry's POV

I heard sirens when I got down to the stop sign near her house. I turned my car around to go check it out, to make sure she's okay..

It's coming from her house, he mom is home I see, and when I dropped her off I didn't see anyone there. I walk in, and go up stairs, I have no idea where to go, I've never been in her house before. I go to every room till I find her in her bedroom, I'm assuming, cuddled under the covers crying.

"Mia.." My voice is shaken, broken. Seeing her this way breaks my heart.

"Harry..? I don't mean for you to see me this way.. You can go.."

"But I can back to check on you.. There was a lot of traffic and I heard sirens and so I turned around to check on you, to see if you were alright, but I can see your absolutely broken. Can you explain to me what happen..? Please, you can trust me with anything."

"I know Harry, but.. It's just my dad.. H-he uh.. He tried to.. " I cut her off because I knew what she was about to say, she didn't need to say anymore..

"You don't have to finish that sentence I know what you were going to say.. It will all be alright, I promise." I bring her into a hug, and kiss the top of her head.

"I hope so.. Harry? Why do you care, why haven't you left yet?"

"Because the first time I saw you in that hospital bed, I knew I had to get to know you, and now it's like I'm attached to you.. I can't let you go. I need you, and I want you.." The last part wasn't suppose to be said.. But it slipped out of my mouth.

She just stared at me, like I was the only one here, like she was mesmerized but my facial features.

"Do you want to sleep at my place tonight?"

"If you wouldn't mind..."

"I don't mind at all! So..?"

"Yes, I'll stay at your place.."

I walk her outside and take her to the rental car, my car gets outta the shop tomorrow afternoon, thank god..

We arrive at my place, and I give her one of my shirts and a pair of boxers for her to sleep in, she's in the shower right now. When she explained everything to me, I felt like crying. I am the emotional type of guy, okay?!

I hear the water turn off, and I know she's about to come out. This isn't what I wanted but I guess I had to help her. That sounded really mean. I like her so much, she's helping me get over Sidney..

But Sidney wasn't that hard to get over but she was my one true love.

She walks out of the bathroom with a towel wrapped around her hair and another towel around her torso. She still looks beautiful.

Mia's POV

I walked out of the bathroom and he is staring at me. He is the most beautiful person I've ever seen. But the fact he was watching me walk out of the bathroom is scary.. I really need some friends, but I don't have any! It's a bit strange to think that me, Mia Peterson who cuts and has no friends and everybody hates her, to be hanging out with The Harry Styles. I didn't know what he was or who he was until he told me but it's a bit bizarre to think I'm hanging out with a pop star.

I get my clothes and bring them back to his bathroom. I get dressed and he asks,

"Hey, do you mind if I go pick up some Chinese real quick for us?"

"Yeah, I'll be fine! Go ahead!" I responded.

"Are you sure, because if you don't want to be alone you can either come with me, or I can stay here with you.."

"Just go! I'll be fine!"

"Okay.."

I heard the door close and I finished getting dressed and walk out of the bathroom.
