Episode Synopsis: Katy hangs out with Harry after he finds out where exactly their son is. Meanwhile Quinn babysits Mr Schue's nephews with Noah and Jason goes on a date with Rebecca. Rachel does some snooping on what happened to all the babies that where born in the hospital her nephew was born. All the Cheerios head to their sectionals comp except from Quinn and Katy who have now been kicked of the Cheerios and the glee club start rehearsing for their sectionals.

Previously on Glee the siblings story. Katy went to WMHS as Olivia Ohio and told Rachel about Miles. She also learned that her ex boyfriend and fellow actor is now her drama teacher. Kurt freaked out over Olivia Ohio tweeting him meanwhile. Noah got told of by Rachel. Sarah kept looking after her best friend, Olivia's agent was introduced and Katy's other secret identity was announced.

Hi I'm Tia and I'm Artie's sister. Unlike Artie I'm not in a wheelchair as I wasn't in the car when my mom crashed.
You see that day I was actually with some of my friends. I was at a birthday party and I was only at least six years old. Maybe younger. So everyone is still buzzing about the whole Olivia Ohio being at the school yesterday. I don't really see the fuss.
Yeah she's cool and she's only a teenager like us lot and comes from Ohio again like us lot but when do you actually ever see her out and about in Ohio or having a coffee in Lima bean? I know I never have.
Today is going to be fun anyway Glee practice and things like that. Today is the last groups day to perform so that's Quinn's group. I wonder what song they're going to be singing.
Anyway so as I walk the corridors I look around there's no one really about yet. I've seen Rachel but not Katy. I wonder where Katy is she usually comes in with Rachel. I can't remember her telling Mr Schue she had a doctors appointment or anything today.
I might go and talk to Rachel actually to see where Katy is. Rachel is a nice person even though she can be a little bit annoying in Glee club.
Oh hang on. There's my brother walking with Tina him and Tina make a cute couple I wonder if they will ever date. When I say walking I mean Tina just offered to push Artie's wheelchair. I do feel sorry for my brother sometimes.
Anyway I'm at my locker now I'm going to get the books out that I need for the day then go and talk to Rachel.

Rachel stood by her locker unaware that Tia was stood next to her as she looked at her phone texting her sister. She got her books before turning and spotting the young girl.
"Oh Hi Tia why didn't you say something so I knew you where stood behind me" Rachel said with a slight smile.
"You where busy texting" Tia replied before continuing "I was wondering. Where's Katy? It's just usually she comes in with you and your here but I haven't seen her" Tia then asked as she smiled.
This put Rachel on the spot. Katy was at a meeting with her manager. What was she suppose to say to Tia's question then she had a idea. She cleared her throat before speaking "oh she had a dentist appointment this morning she should be in later" Rachel laughed.
Tia nodded at what Rachel was saying as she thought to herself "Katy's always at appointments I wonder what's going on". She then said bye to Rachel before turning just as the bell went for start of school.
