Alex's POV

"Oh I completely forgot!" James jumped up onto his feet. "I'm supposed to meet my best friend Josh soon! I'm so sorry but I have to go!" James ran off, bumping into varies of cliques. Me, George and Will look at each other. "He is brill!" Smiles Will, George soon saying "Fab" after Will. I hurry them up so we can leave to go to lessons, I had coping with Chad and Tom. "Uh, Alex?" George says. "Yeah?" I look at him, smiling. "Tell me if Chad or Tom do anything, I will batter them" George puts up a fist, motioning punching someone. "Alright, hard" I laugh.

I sat in Cooking class, feeling on edge knowing that Chad and Tom would pull one of their mean tricks. "Today class we are going to learn how to make blueberry muffins!" Mr. Connit beams, giving us a jolly look. Everyone groans. "Listen here you little pri-" Mr. Connit gets cut off by... James?! "Is this class 2?" James asks Mr. Connit, probably scared of him. "Of course! What's the problem?" Sir shakes his hand. I could tell James was VERY uncomfortable. "Well Miss Acidemor wanted your students to sign these papers" James give him a stack off white, folded paper. "Okay then! What's your name?" Mr. Connit grins at James. "I'm not here to get hurt thank you" James steps back, making everyone start laughing extremely loud. Sir cracks his neck, trying to keep his smile. "That will definitely not happen in my classroom!" Sir patted him on the back, a little too hard. "Say that to the camera footage..." James mumbles. I was trying so hard not to laugh but in the end I just burst out laughing, changing the silence into an awkward silence. "Ahem," Mr. Connit coughs "class, would you please sign these papers" James came around, handing everyone their paper. When he got to me, he grabbed my wrist and ran. "RUN!" He shouted. We ran across the school after being chased by three different teachers who saw us running. We eventually lost them. "Why did you do THAT?!" I shouted at James. James' head sunk into his neck. "Apparently, Chad and Tom were going to beat you up after your Cooking lesson so I grabbed some random sheets I found on a teacher's desk and went to your class..." James smiles weakly. I hug him. "Thank you, thank you so much" I start tearing up. "Why didn't you warm me?" I ask him. "When I went to meet Josh I overheard them and I already heard the bell ring and I saw Josh waiting for me" We stand in the middle of the hall, hugging, for what seemed like forever.
