"Princess! Glad we won the match, huh?" Robin yelled as she ran up to Skye
"Yeah!"
"So, should I treat you to a date?"
"Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh"
"Is that a yes or a no?"
"Ah! Yes!" Skye exclaimed happily
"Saturday, in the square, by Ammo Knights?"
"Yeah!"
They stared at each other for a few moments. Then Skye bolted off.

Skye approached her house, and changed out of her gear. Skye's mother stalked over to her as she rolled down the sleeves of her dress
"Skye, where have you been? Your father and I have been worried sick!"
"Sorry, I went out to that little cafe in Inkopolis."
"Sweetie, you know you're not supposed to go there. It's run by an octoling."
"I'm sorry mom, I forgot."
Robin's face ran through Skye's mind, and she gave a small smile.
"Oh Skye, pay attention. Don't end up like those people."
Skye's smile immediately disappeared. Her heart felt like it had received a direct hit from a Splat Charger, but she was used to it. She walked up to her room and flopped onto her bed.

On Saturday, Skye snuck over to the square. Robin was where she said she'd be, and she was excited. Her first real date! Robin walked up and grabbed Skye's hand. She ran with Skye to a table near the little cafe in the city. They had coffee and a chat. They debated between Mochas and Lattes and had a great time.

A few days later, Skye and her parents went shopping in Inkopolis Square. Robin walked in to the shop and saw her.
"Hey, Princess!"
"I'm sorry, you must have the wrong person" Skye muttered.
"Yes, our daughter doesn't consort with octoling filth."
Robin shoots Skye a look, and Skye stares back sadly. She mouths, "Sorry, my parents are mean."

Midnight.
Skye's awakened by a knocking at her window. She gets up and sees that it's... Robin?! Skye opened the window. "What are you doing here?!" She whispered frantically. "Run! Before my parents catch you!" Robin took Skye's hand and said "Run out with me. Tonight. We'll have the time of our lives."
