Chapter 6

"How about we just watch a movie?" Asked Luke. "ok what do y'all wanna watch?" Ashton asked. "MEAN GIRLS!!" Luke shouted. I chuckled and cruched to the couch. "Man I can't wait till I get this thing off. I miss walking." I said. I sat down on the couch and Calum, And Ashton sat next to me. mike sat in front of me on the floor and Luke sat next to him. We popped in the disc and sat quietly on couch. We all sat there and listened to Luke recite every word from the movie. when the movie was over we all go some food and went to bed. I changed my clothes and laid down next to clover. I patted her head and kissed her nose. "ok clover, when I get this cast off tomorrow ill be able to take you for a walk ok. so wait till then girl." She licked my face and crawled into my lap. I smiled and laid my head on the pillow. "I wonder what's for breakfast tomorrow?" I thought. and then I was out..When I awoke Calum was awake and so was Luke and mike. Luke was holding Oreo and mike was sitting on the floor playing flappy bird with Calum. "morning." said Luke and then clover sleepily wandered into the room and hopped into Calum's lap. I cruched to the couch and sat down. "how's every one?" I asked. "pretty good." They all said. "When Ashton wakes up and we go get my cast off ill get my clothes out of your car so you don't have to." I said to Luke. "ok that's fine." he said. And then there was a knock on the door. Luke answered it and no one was there but a package. He picked it up and then Ashton walked in. he took the package from Luke and placed it on the table. he opened it and pulled out a shirt and a jacket. he threw the box away and put the stuff in his room. When he came back and he was wearing a different shirt and a pair of jeans with some vans. "you ready?" He asked. "no." I said "what are you waiting for?" he asked. " I went to my room and opened the drawer with what little clothing items I had in it. I pulled out a black lose band tank top and a pair of high waisted jean shorts. I tucked in the tank top just a bit and it looked pretty decent to me. I brushed my hair and put it in a top knot. I grabbed my phone and cruched back to the living room. "Come on girl Lego." he said walking out of the door. I followed him and carefully cruched down the stairs. Ashton offered to help but I didn't let him. I reached the car an I got in the front seat and pushed my cruches in the back. We went to the doctor and got the cast removed. "How about we go ahead and change the wrist cast while we're here?" asked the doctor. "ok." I said. "I'll X-ray it too." she said. "she took the cast off and x-rayed my wrist. "HUH it looks like your wrist has healed some over the past few weeks?" she said surprised. "Well dang." Ashton said. "how long do you think it'll be until its completely healed. if it does heal completely?" I asked. "umm I say about a week. many more maybe less depending on its condition." she said. "ok." Ashton said. "I will go start the car and pull it up so you don't have to walk that far." he said. "Ok." I said and he closed the door after he left. "hey is he your boyfriend, because if so you better be good to him because be sure does care about you." she said. "oh no you've got it wrong he's not my boyfriend, he's just my...friend...boy?" I said confusedly. ok well your cast is dry so you can leave now. come back in a week and we'll check out that wrist again." she said. "I nodded and stood up. my legs were a little wobbly but I managed to get into his car. We drove back to the house and we walked to the couch once we got inside. as soon as we sat down someone knocked on the door. Ashton answered it and my heart sank. my body was weak and I was scared. there standing in the door way was not only James. my abuser. "Crap." I said. "hey guys can you leave us alone for a minute." Ashton said. Luke, Michael, and Calum, walked to there rooms and shut the doors. Ashton shut the front door and James sat on the couch away from me. "um can you leave us alone please?" He asked Ashton. "no." he replied. "what the heck are you doing here with this boy?" he asked. "No the question is why are you here?" I asked. "I came to take you back to the house with me." He said. "well to pooping bad shes not going anywhere with you." Ashton said. "Hey Rei can I have a little talk with him alone?" Ashton asked. I nodded and walked to Luke's room. I knocked on the door and he told me to come in. clover was in there so I shut the door back be hind me. I sat on his bed next to him and hoped for the best.

~Ashton's p.o.v~

"What .do you want kid?" he asked me. "you are not taking Reilly shes staying with me where's shes safe." I said. "you can't keep her safe your just a kid." he said. "oh I'm sure as poop able to keep her safe and that's what I plan to do and you won't lay another finger on her do you understand me?" I asked. "I don't have to listen to you." he replied. then Reilly came back into the room. "Leave me alone!" she yelled. she pushed him out the door with her nom-broken arm. "now get the poop off my property!" I demanded. "this isn't over! ill get you back Reilly Todd if its the last thing I do!" he yelled. "oh that won't be the last thing you do because if you touch her or me or any of my friends or family I swear to the ends of the earth I will kill you and that's a promise!" I said slamming the door in his face. I locked it and watched him walk to his car and drive away. "I hate that poop so pooping much it makes me want to scream! Man he's such a dang butthole!" She screamed. "It'll be ok I won't let him hurt you again I swear." I told her. I put my fore head against hers and she smiled. I smiled back and she hugged me tight. I love this girl with a passion.
