We stood there for like 10 minutes chatting with each other about how time has been. But suddenly out of nowhere a dark purple cloud came over us and then everything went black.

I woke up in a forest. It was early in the morning, I could see it by the way the sun was standing. I began to walk and saw some lights in the distance. Following the light I came by a little town... There was a big sign with 'Entering Storybrooke' on it.

"Storybrooke? I've never heard of that before." I said softly.

"I think that's because you're new here." A voice spoke. I turned around and saw a girl standing there from about twenty years old, brown and red hair. She walked up to me.

"My name is Ruby." She said shaking my hand.

"Y/N" I spoke.

"Nice to meet you Y/N. You're new here right? I shall let you see the town and tell you about it. Have you got any place to stay?"

'Pfff, that girl talks much. Hihi... I don't mind, she's nice.'

"I would like to know some more. And no I just woke up here in the forest and now I'm here so I don't have a place to stay."

"Well let's get you to the best lunchroom from Storybrooke. I'll buy you a drink and show you some things in town. Besides you can stay at my house if you want to. I understand it's strange to sleepover at somebody you don't know, but it's always better than sleeping in a forest."

"Okay, thank you. Let's go then... I can't wait to meet everyone." I was very enthusiastic.

We were walking down the street when we came by a building. We got inside and sat down in a booth.

"Well, welcome to Granny's. I work here with my grandmother. What would you like to drink?"

"I would like a double espresso, please."

"I'm going to get it for you. I'll be right back."

The door swung open and a man walked inside. He had shoulder length hair, wore a suit and got a cane with him. He looked at you, smiled lightly and then just continued what he was going to do. Ruby came back with my drink and sat down with me.

"Did he just smile at you?" she asked.

"I guess. Why?"

"That's Mr. Gold. He usually doesn't do that, especially not to new one's." We drank our drink and Mr. Gold leaved. Outside he stood in front of the window, looked again at you for a few seconds. He frowned his eyebrows and just walked away.

"Someone was checking you out" she said. "So how old are you?"

"eighteen" I replied.

"Oh really and do you got a boyfriend?"

"Nope, I'm single for as long as I know."

"Let's find you a man than. Come on, I'll show you somethings around here." She grabbed my hand en pulled me out of the building. "Bye granny!"

"You see that couple standing there? They're Mary and David. And that's Emma she lives here for only one month, she's new two. She was brought here by her son. She gave him up for adoption, but now he found her again and brought her to this place. Since she's here a lot of strange things are going on." A silence fell.

"Whatever, oh that's her son." She pointed to a boy who ran towards us with a gaint book in his hands. "He's a bit crazy, just play along if he says that you are in his book okay. He believes that fairytales truly exist in like that we are the characters." The boy now stoop right in front of me en shook my hand.

"Hi, I'm Henry. You must be Y/N, you're the new one. I hope you'll like it here."

"Well, nice to meet you Henry."

Henry walked to Emma and we walked along all the shops.
