Chapter 3

I had fell asleep and again woke up somehow on Eustass chest.
"Finally."
"How do i end up here."
"How to you think."
"You put me on it like a hot water bottle."
"You climb on me when you sleep."

I watched and i fell onto the floor and he went into the bathroom.
Shortly afterwards killer came in.
"Morning (y/n)."
"Morning killer. Ill be with you in a second. I'll meet you in the crows nest."

I climbed up and he examined it.
"I thought you got frillier clothes."
"I got practical as well. Is this an issue?"
"And a... Wooden sword."
"If i use haki. Its not just.. A... sword."
"I forget yours is a lot stronger... Also... Never mind."
"Ask."
"Why are you rude to everyone but me?"
"I guess... Because i somewhat tolerate you. Humans have done some despicable things to me. Something i will never be able to forget."
"I'm guessing rape."
"Hmm."
"By crocodile."
"Guess your the smartest human I've ever met.!"
"And then your bounty. And its alive only."
"Yep. My family want to execute me."
"What's your opinion on kid. You sleep on him alot."
"2x. I've been in a real bed 2x. The other 2 was the infirmary."

"Cause you respect me and don't challenge me. Plus every time i needed help, you didn't hesitate. I guess your a brother."

"Nakama... I like it. It has a nice ring to it."
"(y/n)!! I just found fucking scales in my bath tub! Fucking hell!"
"m busy now. Can I ignore you some other time?"
"NO! COME. DOWN HERE YOU LIL BITCH."
I jumped out of the crows nest and landed on him accidentally and we fell through the floor to his workshop.

"Oh shit."
"Your a fucking pain in arse."
"Stop trying to be a smart ass, you're just an ass."
"I'm jealous of people that don't know you!"
"Touché. Didn't know you were witty. Now. Ill 'descale' the bath tub."

I went upstairs and it was my turn to scream.
"SCALES MY ARSE! THERE WAS A FUCKING RED ANIMALS FUR SHAVED IN HERE YOU MOLTING PIECE OF SHIT! CLEAN MY BATHROOM!"
"Firstly its my bathroom in my room. On my ship. Secondly it's hair."
"No shit! You clean your mess i clean mine."
"Can i have the scales? I heard they are incredibly valuable and are one of the strongest materials available. Be good for swords."
"Take all of mine if you want. I shed them once a month."
"That's brilliant thanks... Stops me wasting all my money."
"That's what you spent 2 million on!"

Killer side stepped away very quickly.
Leaving me and Eustass alone.
"By the way Eustass, you could choke me to death, i wouldn't have cared. I knew beings near pirates would eventually kill me. But the question is... Are you afraid to die?"

I left him thinking about the answer as i went back on deck giving killer all the scales i had shed this month.
" There's hundreds! Holy shit. "
" Yes well. Royal scales are worth a lot more. They are also fore resistant, along with ice. So good for armour."
"Are you not afraid of dying then."
"No. Cause ill Die anyway. One day."
"I guess that's true."
"We all will. No one has forever. It's all about living in the present and enjoying myself."
"And ho-"

I cut Him off when i pulled him into the middle of the deck.
The musicians got their instruments out and we danced.

Everyone else was cheering as i danced with killer and when we finished i laughed.
"Holy shit. I didn't realise you could actually dance."
"Neither did i."
"Wait. You've never danced before?"
"No. I did it based on what I've seen."
"You did fucking amazing. We shou-"
"What on God was that!"
"Fun. You know, that thing you don't have."

Eustass growled before storming off.

"I don't understand how you all put up with him."
"He's our captain."
"Still an arse."

Killer shrugged his shoulders before we went back into the crows nest.

I began nodding off.
"Don't sleep here. Its not good for you."
"Its that or the angry baby."
"I can sleep on the couch in my room and you can have the bed."

I shrugged my shoulders and we staid till dinner. Afterwards we swapped shift. I let him have the bed and i went on the couch.

Eustass Kid POV

I began lying down.
Does that mermaid like killer? Does he liker her?
He never danced before.
And at dinner they talked and even went into his room.
That girl is taking over my crew little by little and i will not tolerate it.

I opened my eyes and looked towards the door seeing her.
I went to speak but killer stood behind her awfully confused.
"She's still sleeping yet come to you. How odd."

She climbed on me like every night.
"Warm." she mummbled.
"Who knows what this little fish is thinking."
"Thinking your an arse most likely."
...
"She's a bitch."
"You must somewhat like her. You don't hurt her and let her sleep on you."
"I almost choked her to death."
"And didn't kill her."
"I throw her off me."
"Once she wakes up."
"What are you trying to say to me. Your CAPTAIN."
"Simply implying maybe a womans touch has hit your he-"

He stopped speaking and caught the girl i lobbed at him.
"Make sure she doesn't come in here again."

He stood their and stared at me. He wore no mask and closed the door.

Why is this girl affecting everyone.

I got out of bed and went i to my workshop.

The next morning. Reader pov

I woke up hugging killer and i nearly saw his fave but he grabbed his mask in Time.
"No fair!"
"Would you kindly retract yourself?"
"Sorry."
"How did you sleep?"
"Shit cold the entire night . Im gonna see heat. Hes a human heater."

I ran out in killers shirt and jumoed onto heats back causing him to jump.

"You're sooo warmmm~"
"Oh (y/n) morning. I think you should get off though."
"I wont fall. Your warm."
"He's thinking about saving his life. Captain is in a pissed off mood. And we are harbouring. 2+2 is not good."
"Wire are you trying to implicate its my fault."
"Yes."
"Where are we landing?"

.
"Well?"
"Alibastsa. Captain's orders. To ensure you contract is fulfilled."
"Is this way if getting rid of me?"

"I'll take that as a yes."

I walked away and grabbed a bag and put all my clothes in it and put a bubble around it before going on deck where the commanders looked at me confused.
"Thanks for the fun."

I dove into the sea thinking i wouldn't see then again.

Narrative POV

Everyone was freaking out.
Captain didn't want her leaving. Killer seemed sad. Heat was confused.

Who the hell was going to tell captain.

Everyone looked to his childhood friend killer.
"Shit."

They all hid behind him and didn't dare enter the workshop but listened in.
"HOW COULD YOU LET HER LEAVE! YOU SAID SHE WAS A STRONG ALLY! WHY WOULD SHE LEAVE!!! I THOUGHT SHE LIKED YOU."
"As a brother. And she felt like she was ruining our lives by influencing us and thought you hate her. She didn't want to ruin anyone's life and most certainly didn't want to ruin anyone friendship by being here. "

"SET SAILS! WE ARE GETTING HER BACK!"

Everyone began scurrying and eventually sped up towards alibasta.
