Chapter 5

Eustass Kid POV

She invited me to the rails but took me by surprise when she pushed me. Over.
"Bitch!"

I hit the water but i wasn't sinking and most certainly could breath. I opened my eyes to see her.

"Welcome to my world!"
"Where's your tail."
"I'm wearing rare beads around my legs. They are like sea prism for devil fruit users. But they are for mermaids. They stop our tails. We used them in the past to hide our identity."
"Its... Clever."
"So what do you think... This is home."

"The ocean isn't as terrible as i thought."
"Humans aren't as bad i thought."
"Why bring me down here?"
"Because if you kill me, you'll die."
"So its... Insuring you survive!?"
"Yes... Life insurance i guess."
"You know, i would have been hunting and killing other crews and pirate ships if you weren't here."
"Why do i change anything."
"Because women shouldn't see b-"
"I eat humans, i kill my own kind and i can fight wars. Just because of my gender you choose not to fight! That's something you shouldn't treat me for! Don't ever look at me as a pathetic woman. I can deal with wars, murder, killing."
"Right. I forget your not weak."
"I am a Poseidon."
"A what?"
"God of the sea."

I examined everything before realising my crew must be worried sick.
"My c-"
"Your fine. Your crew know. Killer will at least. Don't worry about it."
"Can i get back to my ship
Where my feet are on firm ground."

She shrugged before pulling me up and throwing me out of the sea as i hit the deck with my head and turned to her.
That's done it. I'm going to kill that fish!

Your POV

I threw Eustass too hard and decided if. I want to survive, i should probably stay. Although i cant remove these beads. I need tweezers and a knife. But i want to keep them so tweezers.

I climbed up to see our captain soaked the the bone.

"Sorry?"
"What the hell happened! You pushed him in and both of you disappeared for nearly an hour!"
"We explored some underwater caverns. Worried?"
"Yes! Our captain has a devil fruit. If you didn't realise that."

When i looked around i Couldn't see Eustass and made it to... My?... Bedroom.

I heard nothing so i stripped down keeping the beads on and went into the bathroom.

"SORRY!"

I left immediately slamming the door and covering myself.
I watched as the top less Eustass came out.
"That was over the top. Am i that ugly?"

"If ugly were a crime, you'd get a life sentence."
"Back to being petty. I thought we started getting along ha! "
"So, a thought crossed your mind? Must have been a long and lonely journey."
"Being rude is how you cope with uncomfortable situations. Good. To. Know."

I shoved him out of the way and locked the bathroom door after i went in. I quickly showered and dried.
I kept the towel wrapped around until i changed and climbed on to his bed where he was sleeping.

" You asleep? "

" Yep... I guess i should apologise. Your not really that ugly. Just somewhat. But also. Thanks. I know you've tried hard to shelter me from a pirates life, but i don't need you to. Let me kill and eat. Haha! Who would have thought one day id end up a real pirate... Thank you Eustass. The short life i have... Ill Enjoy... Thanks to you and your crew. "

I jumped when his hand patted my head.
" A year. "
" How did you know? "
" You said it aloud a few days ago. Yesterday even. "
" I didn't realise anyone heard. "
" No one else did. We should sleep. I believe we are battling tomorrow. "

I smiled at him before falling asleep next to his warmth.

I began waking up to the absence of warmth and found myself alone.
I had gotten up and we had arrived at the docks in alibasta but when i looked at the dock all i saw was Eustass.
"What happened? Why didn't you wake me?"
"The straw hats defeated Crocodile. He's going to impel down. Shall we go af-"
"No. Leave it."

He looked at me confused.
"I burrowed some money I'm going shopping."

I bounced the pouch of money in my hand as i left the ship for the market.

The crew tried to follow but i was threatening them with glares and thankfully they gave up.

I looked at my first stall when someone pickpocket me by grabbing my ass and thinking i wouldn't notice.

"GIVE MY MONEY BACK!"

The thief began running as if there was no tomorrow. Not slowing down for any reason.

As i began chasing i felt someone attempting to swing and hit the back of my neck.
"Oh god that was close!"

I kept chasing until. I realised it really was a trap as i was surrounded.

"If you fight me you are. Willingly becoming my food."

No one listened and went for an attack.
I docked the swings, jumped to miss lower cut kicks. Eventually i got bored. A human is 70% water. And i can control water so i got decided to finish the fight by boiling all there water killing them all.
I carried all 14 of them by their collars as i brought some... Of my own knives. And killer had a huge freezer set up for me.

When i brought them in board everyone looked at me.
"They attacked me. I played along and killed them. They are adults. They knew what they were doing. I warned them. Now i eat them."

I dragged them into my private freezer in the workshop next to the 3 prisoners.
"Why are you down here?"
"Eustass! Sorry I'm storing food."
"How did you get it?"
"They ambushed me and tried to attack. So i killed them."

"You bring trouble eve-"

We all jolted when our ship rocked vigorously.
Me and Eustass stood on deck.
"ITS ONE IF BIG MOMMAS FLEETS!"
"DISTANCE!"
"Close enough."

I lifted my hand and the sea followed and i acted as if i had a dagger and began stabbing. It looked ridiculous but it was destroying there ship until. I finished it by clapping my hands and sinking it with a tsunami.

However, i was hit by a cannon ball and fell into the sea.
