Betty: I... I thought we lost you... We all did.

Frisk: Hey, glad to be back, okay?

(While Frisk says this, Sans looks at Betty suspiciously, having a flashback to when he saw her acquire Frisk's save file.)

Sans: ...Hey, uh... Betty? Can... can we talk?

Betty: Uh, sure.

Sans: (after he and Betty arrive in the backyard) So, kid, about the battle with Agate we just had...

Betty: Oh, about this? (pulls up the save file) I'm... guessing you saw, right?

Sans: Yep. Kid, just... tell me you're not planning on resetting at all and then we can end this conversation.

(Betty keeps an arm behind her, which appears to be glitching a slight bit. She feels the sharp pain from it, but tries to hide it from Sans, which speeds up the frequency of the glitching.)

Betty: I-I'm not, okay...

Sans: ...There's something you're not telling me, kid.

Betty: What do you mean?

Sans: Betty, don't try to play dumb with me. I can see it. Tell me, please.

Betty: ...

Sans: Kid?

Betty: (lowering her arm so Sans can see it) I think it'd be better if I showed  you rather than tell you.)

Sans: (noticing the continuous glitching of Betty's arm) K-Kid... what happened...?

Betty: *sighs* It's another long explanation... again, probably one I don't have the time for. Just... promise me that you won't tell anyone what happened to me. And if Frisk asks what happened with his save file, don't say anything-

Sans: I can't promise that until you tell me what's going on with you.

Betty: ...Fine. I'll try to put it in a way you can comprehend. So, you know how I once said Agate created me? Well, apparently, from what I know, she's outside of the past of this world as it is now, and the past is where she belongs, so... now that's she out of the entire picture, I don't have a reason behind why I exist. That's basically what's happening to me.

Sans: Wait, so killing Agate did this to you? Why didn't you tell us? We could've prevented it before you-

(At this point, the glitching has now traversed to Betty's waist, continuing to move upwards.)

Betty: There wasn't any way to keep it from coming, Sans. We had no way to send her back into the past... (at least, not without me changing the game's code, which I can't reach from here. That place wasn't actually the Void...) *sighs* It didn't matter if Agate killed me or vice-versa; either way, it was Game Over... at least, for me.

Sans: ...Reset.

Betty: What?

Sans: Reset, Betty.

Betty: Sans, I don't know if that will-

Sans: Look, I didn't make it this far just to see the person that brought me - and this timeline - back into existence just to leave the entire timeline.

Betty: ...But, what about Gaster, Asriel, Chara? I don't know if Frisk will make it, either...

Sans: ...I have a feeling they'll still be here, okay? Do it.

(Now, the glitching has now taken over Betty's entire body, as she hesitantly pulls up the save file along with the CONTINUE and RESET options. She presses the RESET button just as it appears that she has glitched out of existence. She soon wakes up later back in the room where she previously waited for the crack in her soul to heal, and she notices Frisk and Sans sitting in the room, the star from the save still in the room.)
