America is honestly very sensitive about his weight. If someone calls him 'fattie' or a 'fatass' too much, he will cut down on his eating to an almost dangerous level. Fortunately, Canada frequently comes over to check in on his brother. If he notices America refusing to eat or losing a lot of weight quickly, he will bother his big bro until he tells him what's going on. It usually doesn't take long for America to crack and tell him everything. So Canada reassures him that his weight is just fine. "If someone judges you for being anything other than yourself, that's bad on their part, not yours." And then Canada will take his bro out to eat wherever he wants, normally a fast food place.
