I was surprised Will hadn't realized I had put some rolls in his pocket if he had he didn't say anything. They came back and we made a plan to stuff our day back with what we could carry and dump the rest. Benny had found this hidden little area that as soon as the snow fell it would be covered. We all tossed the bags in looking over as they landed in the cavern below. Will keep one hand on me tightly.

"Fuck me." He muttered. I  can't believe we had come here for basically nothing at this point and Tom and been killed.

"That'll work" Benny said.

"Snow will be coming in soon. Nobody will ever see it again." Pope muttered.

"Good." Fish said.

"Alright, let's get the parents to be home." Pope said as we started moving. We all picked up Tom's body carrying him as we walked, me walking in front of Will. Night had fallen as we made it to the town Benny had been talking about. Will stopped walking as we put Tom's body down.

"Let's stop here." He said checking his watch. "We're running behind, Benny you would go on up, the sun's coming up. I'd say take her but I know she wouldn't go." He said glancing down at me.

"Damn right." I said making him smirk as the guys chuckled.

"We'll meet you down at the cove in 30." Pope said as Benny stood.

"Be careful." He said to Will.

"Always." He said before Benny left. We walked carrying Tom's body, we suddenly stopped at Will's sharp instruction. "Stop." Turning to where he was looking we saw a vehicle parked, hidden by some jungle foliage. 

"Is there anyone?" I asked, hand touching his back as we dropped Tom's body gently on the ground.

"It''s looks abandoned." He replied grabbing his sidearm.

"Cover me." Fish said as he stepped forward.  We all jumped as headlights turned on as a teenager hoped out with a gun.

"Put your hands up!" We subdued the kid pretty easily and tied him up before taking the truck. I was cramped in between Fish and Will but I didn't give a shit, I was grateful to be off my feet, they were swollen and bloody. As Fish drove he was yelling at Pope for giving the kid money opting that we should have shot him instead.

"We aren't killing any more else." He argued back.

"I'm telling you right now if we get to that beach and Ben isn't there,  I'm fucking killing people." He responded.

"All right, he'll be there. Fuck!." Will exclaimed as a car suddenly approached his. We stopped at the car full of teenagers as Pope jumped up pointing his weapon on him. In my position I couldn't do anything without hurting Will. Pope fired into their vehicle instead of shooting his ass as we drove off. As we drove off a couple more vehicles appeared on the trail behind us.

"Babe, we got two more on our six."

"All right, it should open up to the beach any minute."  He said looking up from the map.

"Pope! Shoot!" Fish screamed.

"Fuck this." I muttered before turning in the seat and accidentally hitting Will in the head with my gun getting it into a position I could fire.

"Shit." I heard him say as I fired at the vehicles chasing us. I shot the driver making one of the vehicles go out of control.

"Pope what the hell is wrong with you! Help her!" Fish screamed as he and Will navigated us to the beach, daylight breaking in our chase.

"They're right on us." I said as Pope fired, Will holding a hand to my hip trying to steady me as the truck shook all over the place with the erratic force Fish was driving it in.

"Where the fuck are they!" He yelled.

"Left! Left!" Will yelled as I felt him jerking me back in the window just as they rammed us. The force shoving me against Will as I groaned my head smacking the glass window.

"You ok?"

"Fine." I said kissing his head as I felt him lift his right arm firing his weapon.  I screamed as we rammed a truck causing it to flip and explode.

"Goddamn." Will exclaimed as we kept going, we were almost there. "All right, here's the beach." He said as Fish drove us parallel to the coastline to our meeting point. I was more nervous but at the same time more relaxed as we got closer and closer.

"I see him." I said hitting Will I directing everyone's attention to the water where Benny was driving a speedboat waving at us to go.

"Looks like this is the end of the road." Will said pointing. We gotta cross over the dune! Crossover the dune!" Will held on to me as Fish drove the car in the water, keeping my body from jarring too much.
