chapter 11: Death warrant

      You stop and step away from the door.  You turn to look up at the corpse, a sense of dread flowing through your veins. The dead body swings back and froth as a breeze blows your way.

    Suddenly, a hand wraps around your right shoulder. You turn your head to meet Andrew's watchful eyes.
     "Hey, I'm sorry. You shouldn't have seen that. I'm not a killer, alright. They had a gun ready to shoot you or my friends. You understand, right?" He asks, tilting his skull to the side.
    "Yeah."
    "Great. We'll be ready to go in a moment." He wraps an arm around your shoulder. He pulls you close.

     Jax and Luke step out of the building. They both have backpacks over each of their shoulders. They make their way toward you and Jax frowns at Andrew. Andrew smilies and moves you even closer to him, making your sides each. Jax growls in response and turns toward the opened gap in the fence.

      He unties the copper wire wrapped around the fence and tosses it aside. He goes through the gap and to the other side. Luke does the same and you watch as he winks at you. You roll your eyes in response while Andrew let's go of your shoulders.

     Andrew holds one of the side of the fence. You go through the gap and to the trail. You look up at the other boys. Jax is currently sharping a knife and Luke is gazing at a map. Andrew slips through the opened fence and onto the other side.

     Trees surround you completely.
        "So, what's the plan?" You ask,looking at Jax. He looks up from his knife and smirks at you.
      "We're going to follow this path. It should lead us to a bunch of campsites outside the city."
 
       "How do you know that?"
       "Just trust me, sugarcake."
       "Sugarcake?!"
       "Ok. All about Sweet cheeks, then?" You cheeks quickly fade to a light pink color.
     "That's what I thought."

     Luke clears his throat. Everyone looks his way.
     "Lets try to get a move on. I'm not getting trapped by stupid undead.....
     "Mummies?" Jax interrupts him.
     "Yeah."

{Twenty minutes}
    
        The boys had set up camp. Three tents are in a circle along with a campfire set in the middle of the circle. Dawn had fallen over the sky. You yawn and watch as all the boys turn to look at you.
      "So which one of us are you going to stay the night with?" Luke asks. You spit out the water in your mouth.
      "What?"
       "You're not going to sleep outside on the dirt. You'll freeze to death." Andrew states.

Jax

    You let out a sigh.
       "I guess, I'll stay with Jax." You reply. Luke shrugs his shoulders while Andrew stretches his arms.
      "Night, guys." He says and stands up. He slips into his tent. Luke doesn't say anthing instead he goes into his tent.

       Jax stands up and dumps some water on the fire. It goes out. You stand up and stare at him.
     "Coming, sugarcake?" He asks, while unzipping the tent door. You shrug your shoulders. You slip into the tent and sit down while Jax steps inside.

      He zips up the tent and stares at you. He slips off his leather jacket and tosses it in the floor. Your eyes land on the scars covering his arms. He raises an eyebrow at you while sitting down.
   
     You reach your hand out and place your index finger on one of his scars. You look at him to see his eyes locked on your frame.
     "I don't care." He mumbles. You trace your index finger along his skin. You watch as he closes his eyes.

     Your fingers glide up his arm to his shoulder and you immediately look at the scar on his right eye. You go to touch his eye, but he grabs your wrist and snaps his eyes open.
     "Sorry..... I don't...." You voice abundantly stops as he stares blankly at you. Suddenly, he grabs the back of your head and kisses your lips roughly.

Andrew

     "I'll stay with Andrew." You reply. Jax stands up and glances at his brother.
     "Night." He says and steps into his tent. Luke stands up. He nods his head at you and steps into his tent.

     Andrew stands up and smilies at you.
      "Come on." He says while letting out a gloved hand. You hestaintly take his hand. He pulls you to your feet with ease. You let him walk you to his tent. He unzips the tent door and both of you step inside.

      You sit on the floor while he zips up the tent door. He sits in front of you cross-criss. He smilies at you.
      "So, is Jax mad at you?"
      "No. Why?"
      "Just curious."
      "Really?" You nod your head.

      Suddenly, he pokes you in your side. You jump and land on your side while laughing. He smirks and starts tickling you. After, a moment, you take a breath and look up to see him looking over you.

     He quickly kisses your lips. Before, you can react, he pulls you into a hug.
     

Luke
  
    "I'll go with Luke." You reply. Both boys stand up and head to their tents. Luke stands up and immediately heads into his tent. You quickly follow him.

      You stop in your tracks as you see the lantern is turned off. You walk up to it and sit on your knees. You flip it on. Light immediately floods the tent.

      You look up and freeze in your place as you spot Luke sitting in front of you, a twisted smirk on his face. Suddenly, he jumps, tackling you.

      You look up at him as he pins your wrists next to your head.
      "Luke, what the heck? What are you doing?"

      He kisses you roughly.
