I've just woken up from the strangest dream. 

Leigh says I should write it down so I don't forget it so here goes.

I was riding in a cart with a group of people I have never met before. There was a purple tiefling named Clarity. A human doctor named Amihan. Let's see, a knoll named Sable and a half orc dragon born named Haerel. We came up to an amusment park with enchanted gates. Some one from the group found a tree that allowed for us to climb over but before it could happen someone else decided to hit the gate and the fence grew. Haerel asked it I wanted to be thrown over the fence... in reality I probably would've said no but it was a dream so of course I said yes. I landed fine, a bit of a skid but nothing major. The rest of the group eventually made it over and we studied the park for a second. I walked over to the closest ride, a love boat type of thing, and hopped into this ridiculous fish boat that... Okay I lied, it was pretty awesome.

Haerel and Amihan joined me while Sable and Clarity went off to find carnival games. Sable seemed rather put off by the whole thing, I wonder now why? What am I talking about, it was just a dream, who cares what Sable thought, he isn't real. (Leigh is saying he could be but what does he know... yes Leigh I know you can read this, please be quiet...). 

The ride started and I cast dancing lights once we were in the tunnel. Now, I have to say, I know I just started learning magic not too long ago but the dancing lights I cast in that tunnel were amazing. I've never made them different colors before! In the dream I think I made them pink or red, hard to really remember but next thing I know Amihan has me on the ground of the boat and Haerel has an arrow stuck in their hand. Then in a blur we fall past a cliff (?!) and are hanging by a rope Haerel has tied to a javelin that is stuck in the wall of the ride. Then we fell. Straight into a pool that was way too deep and with no exit. Haerel started to bark which was weird? Then I tried to have Thierry come down to us but there wasn't anywhere for him to perch so I sent him back out. 

As we try to find a way out, Clarity and Sable topple down towards us. We are now treading water and can't seem to find a way out. Clarity and Sable aren't moving now and I couldn't think of a better way out so... (Yes Leigh, I'm getting to that part....) Leigh took over, the way he usually does, and blinked us all out. Our group took a short rest and then we brought Clarity and Sable back to consciousness. After that they asked how we got out and I tried to explain but didn't really want to weird anyone out about Leigh so I just cast Dancing Lights again. Sable was unimpressed (did I mention He was a wizard as well?). I sent Thierry on a scout of the park and while I was looking through his eyes Haerel picked me up and put me on their shoulders. It was nice to see the world from such a high place (through my own eyes).

We found a roller coaster ride towards the back of the park. Sable sent his familiar, a squirrel, onto the ride and the poor thing got stuck in a neck breaking loop. Haerel then proceeded to jump into a seat and Sable and I followed. Clarity and Amihan headed towards a control panel hey found. The nest part happened very fast. We got on the ride and ended up in the same loop as the squirrel. But then it stopped, suspended upside down on a loop. It seemed that the other two had found a switch. After a bit of swaying Haerel managed to climb over to me and I let them have my rope to tie off on a handle so we could climb down, I didn't want to chance it so I held onto the back of them as they climbed. Sable on the other hand didn't do so well. 

He tried climbing down and slipped missing the rope on the way down. He crashed into the ground and died. It was sort of gruesome and very realistic. By this time, the other two had come over and there was debris flying around. The control panel had turned into a giant robot of some sort with the spirit of an old man trapped inside ( I can relate... yes Leigh I am talking about you!). Anyways, A million other spirit orbs started coming out and we tried talking to the man and asking how to help. Clarity was clinging to Sable and didn't notice the small ball of light near his body. Once she saw it I explained to her the idea of carrying him as a head ghost in her body. They both made the pact and Sable lived in her head. With that we turned to face the man only to talk him down from hurting us and asking him to kindly leave. I asked him a couple questions and he seemed alright but in the end it was Clarity with the help of ghostly Sable that finished the job. We headed out and back to the city...

I awoke shortly after that. It was a very weird dream but it felt so vivid. I swear it was like it actually happened. Leigh says that it was a good idea to write it down. Dreams have a way of coming back to us in the future. 

Alright well I'm off to find Afel. He mentioned something about being near the boo bar in Tydale. I have half of the list we need to do this job and he mentioned putting together a team. 

I really hope he didn't leave and run off like he usually does. I tell you, three months of working with someone and you'd think he would trust you a bit more. 

At least he's good about leaving letters. More later tonight.
