Deejah POV

I drove straight to the airport and park my car aside. I went out of the car roaming my eyes to see if I could see mum too since their were many passersby strolling up and down with their trolleybus.

I sighted mum after several eye movement from afar walking toward my side. I ran fast and threw my slend limbs on her. I never knew I will missed mum this much until now that I saw her I realized how I missed her.

Mum you look more beautiful, see even your face is glowing, what did grandma feed you with all this well?" I asked teasingly.

C'mon deejah enough of your compliment, yes your grandma really feed me with a lot of special meals. Now will you lead me the car and stop keeping me stranded on this April sun."mum said and pinch my cheeks.

I smile and collect her trolleybus then lead her to the car.

We both enter and I drove out of the airport.

So deejah how have you been and how is school as well? Mum asked.

I'm fine mum and school is also fine as well"I said and smile.

Alhamdulilah I wish you all the best, this your second semester right?

Yes mum it is, and by next year your daughter will be in her final year" so mum how was your flight and how is grandma and the rest of the family?"I asked not like I care about them though.

Their all doing fine and also send there regards to you and dad" mum said smiling"

Okay mum" she's happy because for the first time I asked about her family well being.

I drove into the mansion and found dad waiting impatiently for mum at the door.

I came out of the car, while dad open mum side door and pulled her into a hugged. I asked the maid to take mum trolleybus inside. While I trail behind them inside, living the "lovey dovey" couple at the main door.

I sauntered out of the room to the sitting room, after maryam told me dad is calling me in downstairs.

Dad you're calling me"I said and sat beside him on the left side while mum was on the right hand side, eating her fried rice with chicken.

Yes dear, dinner is ready"dad said.

Oh I was just about to come down when you ask of me dad" I said grinning.

okay" dad nodded and took an empty plate to served for me while mum rolled her eyes.

Can't you serve your self even food again, till your dad do that for you"mum said infuriated.

She never ask me to serve her I just did it my self" dad said trying to defend me.

Wallahi Alhaji, you're spoiling this girl way too much fa, she's not getting any younger, remember she's 20 and will soon clock 21 if you don't know let me start reminding you, Khadijah will not stay in this house forever she will get marry one day"mum said with concern.

See were this woman is taking this too just because am serving her. By the way why won't I spoiled her? after all she's the the only one you're able to conceived and still want me to let her over work, when she's the only heiress to my company." Dad said furious too.

"This is getting out of hand and mum is already tearing up I can't bear it anymore, but what should I do when dad is only trying to defend me.oh god!"
