Yushraf POV

Leaving the Agogo's mansion with so much disliked toward that girl. I drove back to the hospital and met Reedah and Khalid so engrossed in there chit chat that they did not even noticed my present inside the room.

"Salaam to you two" I said drawing their attention toward my present.

"Walaikum Salam" They both said in unison

"Oh Yushraf when did you came in" Reedah asked

"I just came in now but seem like you both were so engrossed that you never noticed my coming in.

"Oh sorry about that" Khalid apologized.

"C'mon I wasn't angry, here is your car key, thank you very much" I said and hand over the key to him.

"Reedah how are you feeling now?" I asked worriedly.

"Alhamdulillah, am much better can't just wait for this stitches to be remove it make me feel more pain and it do scratched me alot." Reedah complain

"Sorry about the pain dear, In Sha Allah it will all be gone soon." I said trying to assured her.

"Oh sorry! Please try to endure and don't scratch, so it will heal soon. And after three days the stitches and the bandage shall be removed" Khalid told her and I could see the bright smile glittering on her face.

"Wow I can't really wait for it to be remove and also be discharge and leave this state for good" she said plainly.

"You're leaving this state immediately you get discharged?" Khalid asked, surprisedly.

"Yes we are leaving, we don't have anywhere to stay again" Reedah said in tears.

"Am sorry, Yushraf can you please enlightened me more about what Fareedah mean by, you don't have a place to stay in this whole of kano state and you're leaving as soon as she get discharged?" He blinked gesturing me to open up.

How could I possibly explain everything to Khalid without getting into our darkest history of life, I don't really want to involved him in our mess life but seeing how he took care of us to this point and show concern whatever it is make me feel like telling him everything without omitting a single word out. Palming my hand together I sighed exasperated and told him "Yes"

"Reedah is right we are both leaving kano in next Three days Insha-Allah, immediately she got discharged.

"Why? I'm sorry is not like I want to indulged myself in your affair. But I can't help it. Can you please tell me why you're leaving I thought you said you both grow up here in kano then why trying to leave all of a sudden?" Khalid asked calmly.

"Yeah it true we were born and raise up here in kano but everything change after losing our parent in a fatal accident, our dad Alhaji Sufyaan Imam was a famous billionaire who owns many companies all over Nigerian and some other few countries. But within 3 month everything was gone. we were asked to also leave our comfort zone due to some loan our dad take which lead to bankrupt, we never got a chance to investigate on it because our uncle was one step ahead of us which was stopping us. We have to leave the house to EFCC and travel to Lagos hoping to stay with our uncle, but unfortunately luck was not on our side has he chase us out of his house with so much hatred and could you believe what he said? Khalid he said, he despised seeing our faces ever again. So we came back to kano and search for a apartment to rent.

"And right now the owner of the apartment we stay in asked us to move out of his house too. You can see how life here is so cruel to us, and why Reedah said it so suffocating." I shrugged sighing loudly.

There was a roaring sound in his ears. He tried to talk normally but his voice came out in a quivering," Did you both went through all this hardship in life?" He stopped, his heart pounding vigorously. His eyebrows arched not expecting all this.
