You won't really be needing any templates for this.
Steps: 1) import your cover into PicsArt. 2) click on the brushes option.

3) choose the type of brush you want. you can also zoom in your picture for a better drawing.

4) after you are done, click on the tick mark at the right and then click on the arrow mark on the right and save your image to the gallery. you are done!
