Steps: 1) Open your cover in PicsArt and select add image and choose this template. 2) Press on blend and choose screen as the blending mode. use the eraser to erase the extras.

3) If you want to change the colour of the hoop, press on adjust and then select hue. keep trying with changer until you get the desired colour. once you are done, press on the tick mark on the upper right corner.

4) Press on the tick mark on the upper right corner again and now save your image. you are done!
