2. Background:

3. Type in your title on phonto and save the image.
4. Open the image you just saved on PicsArt and press on add photos and add the vector and press done and save it. OR go to photolayers app and add your vector from there and save your image. then open that image in PicsArt.
5. Click again on add image and add this:

try the blending options and see which one suits your cover the best. also try checking the opacity. once satisfied with the look press done and save it.
6. Press again on the add image. choose now this rainbow template:

again try the opacity and blending options till you are satisfied. Press done and save the image to your gallery. congrats, you are done!
