"Go on Gaby, read it." Ava said, obviously annoyed...and sounded scared. "Oh, I-I will..." She managed to say. Gaby sits the envelope in the table, holding the note in her hand. "Here I go." She said, and unfolded the note.

It said: Dear Gaby, this money is for you. And nobody else. I want you to know...I didn't want it to end this way...i'm writing this note because its coming...I will more than likely die in the war. I will miss you, so much. And i'm so sorry your mom and I couldn't get along, as much as I wanted to. I will be watching over you all the time dear. Oh, and tell Ava, she will never replace your mother...or you. I love you. Sincerely, your father.(:

Gaby just stood there, a tear streaming down her face. "Let it all out.." Jack said. I forgot he was even here. Jack then hugged Gaby. Connor mumbled, "I forgot he was even here..." I looked over at him and nodded. The Cop then looked at all three of the people. "Is this all true?" They all nodded. Then, three of them all handcuffed them, and led them into the cars. "Well Gaby, no need to worry now, everything is all good." I said. "Mhm." She nodded, Jack still holding her. "Well," Connor said. "You two can live with us if you want." I then say, "Yup. There's plenty of room." "Okay...we will." Jack said. "Thank you." Gaby says. "Oh, and thank you guys for...saving my life and making things right." "Anytime." I smiled, and we all walk out to the truck, getting in, and driving home.

I'm just glad everything is okay now. Hopefully everything will stay that way.
