4 years and 7 months later

TOBIAS POV-

I'm running around like a mad man. First I had to buy a ring, then I had to set everything up. It's taken a while but I know it will all be worth it.

Tris lives with me. We both work everyday except Saturday and Sunday, and we don't buy or do that much stuff, so I have a lot of money saved up for this occasion.

We know sometime in the last 3 or 4 months that I turned 22 and Tris turned 20. I don't really consider her my girlfriend any more.

She seems so much more than that and I hope and pray that it stays that way. I just love her with all my heart and I don't know what I would do without her. I hope she says yes.

By the time I finish setting up everything, I have fifteen minutes until the actual date starts.

Christina is working on Tris in her old apartment. We use it as storage. She promised not to tell Tris what I was going to do. Only she and Zeke know.

I hear a knock on the door right when I finish tying my tie. There I see my beautiful girlfriend/soon-to-be-fiancé (hopefully) standing there.

"Wow Tris you look amazing!" I say smiling, "you look beyond beautiful."

I see blood rush to her cheeks.

"Thanks," she says with a huge smile on her face, "you look great too."

"Thanks. Are you ready to go?" I ask taking her hand, and making sure the ring is in my pocket using my other hand.

She nods and we make our way to the train tracks and jump on. We sit, talk and kiss until it's time to get off.

I take her to the base of the Ferris wheel we climbed four years ago. I smile at the memory. It was the first time I ever realized I ever actually loved her.
