At the Marriott

You pull out your phone to call your parents so they can bring you home, but Tom grabs your arm and pulls it down to your side. He looks directly into your eyes, with a very serious look.

Saturday: 9:18 am

Tom: Don't

Y/N: Why?

Y/N: It's not like I'm some important person that you've worked with or become friends with

Y/N: I shouldn't matter to you

Tom: You are an important person

Y/N: Why

Tom: Because in the few days I've known you...

Tom: I really like you

Y/N: How?

Y/N: I'm just a country girl from America

Y/N: There's so many other people you could like that are worth more

Tom: In my eyes, nobody is worth more than you

Tom: Not even me

Y/N: Thank you

Y/N: But why me?

Tom: You are so nice, funny, and humble

Tom: And for a bonus your absolutely beautiful

Tom: Pretty much the first thing you said to me was a joke

Tom: And I love that about you

Y/N: I...

Tom: No

Tom: You don't have to say anything

At The Marriott

Tom leans in and begins to kiss you. You kiss back, still in shock that he likes you, just as much as you secretly loved him. His kiss is sweet, like candy, but not pure sugar, like there is a savory side to it. You stay there for a few seconds, enjoying the sweetened silence, but then you pull away. You just watch each other, observing the others eyes and face, but then he speaks.

Saturday: 9:20 am

Tom: That was the best kiss I've ever had

Y/N: It was the only one I've ever had

Tom: Oh

Tom: I should've asked your permission first

Y/N: No it's fine

Y/N: I know people who've dreamed of having their first kiss with you

Tom: That's a little creepy

Y/N: I know

Y/N: You must be used to it with the fans that you have

Tom: I try not to read the comments

Y/N: Don't... ever

Tom: I know

Tom: That's what I just said

Y/N: I know

Tom: Does this mean we're dating now?

Y/N: I guess so

Tom: Do you mind if I go public about it or do you want to keep it a secret?

Y/N: Let's go public if you don't mind

Tom: I want to

Y/N: I guess you'll have your chance in a few minutes

Tom: Looks like people are getting here

Tom: Want to text your parents to ask if you can stay longer?

Y/N: Sure
