Louis snuck into the house with all the kids in it, a blushing mess. Harry and him had stayed in the meadow until dusk, and now he had a lot of explaining to do.
"Louis?" he heard Celeste's sweet voice. "Hi" Louis hummed, toeing off his shoes and walking towards the kitchen, since it was the only room with the light on. He froze seeing Liam and Luke, a frown on his lips.
"H-hey" Louis stuttered, quietly scolding himself because why couldn't he lie or try to cover his bum without becoming a stuttery mess!?
"Louis. This is the third time you were on Earth without someone, or without telling someone! Celeste said you have been hiding things too. What is going on?" Liam asked, his voice strong and full of authority as he stepped towards Louis.
The little Angel immediately cowered, eyes finding the floor, hands shaking.
He was so screwed.
"I- I was just on Earth, in the meadow!" It wasn't particularly a lie...
"Louis. Seriously. Or i'll take this to God" Liam glared.
Louis' eyes widened, "No!" he gasped, shaking his head as he looked up at Liam with wide blown eyes, "You can't!".
"I can. I will. Unless you tell me what is going on!" Liam yelled, "Why don't you understand we are just trying to protect you!? Why!?" Liam's voice raised more, and Louis flinched, hearing Mason start sobbing loudly.
Louis quickly turned to go get him when Liam grabbed his shoulders, holding him. "No. Celeste can get him".
Louis watched her walk towards the bedroom, eyes longing and full of hurt.
He wanted Mason, he could feel his pain.
He wanted to fix it.
"If you aren't going to start explaining, we can just head right to God and Asherah" Liam snapped.
Louis knew he was angry and just worried but he couldn't tell Liam. There was no way.
"I can't tell you" Louis shook his head, eyes filling with tears, overwhelmed with Liam in his one ear and Mason's high pitched cries in the other.
"Lou, you can tell me anything. You can" Liam pleaded.
Louis' mouth was dry as he choked out, "I'm in love", sobs leaving his own lips as he shook his head.
Liam's eyes widened, "That's great! With who? Why are you crying!?"
"Lu-Lucius" Louis cried, looking up and seeing Liam's eyes flicker red, and his face turn pale.
"Lucifer's- son?" Liam asked, now quiet and lost.
Louis nodded, "I love him" he whispered, fat tears rolling down his cheeks.
"No you don't!" Liam yelled, Luke already hurrying to tell God what news had left Louis' lips. Celeste was in the doorway, holding Mason who was still sobbing.
"Yes I do!" Louis raised his own voice, face red and lips red from being bitten on. He glared up at Liam through his eyelashes, clumped together with tears.
The small Angel turned on his heels and stomped over to Celeste, gently grabbing Mason, but glaring at her. "I thought you were my best friend. I guess not. You had to go tell on me!? Really?" Louis spoke angrily, rocking Mason, who was already quieted down.
"I was just worried Lou!" Celeste whispered, her own eyes filled with tears.
Louis shook his head, "Leave me alone" he pushed past her, carrying Mason up to his bedroom. He shut the door and locked it, sitting on his bed and looking down at Mason, eyes still watery.
"You understand, right?" Louis whispered quietly to the little baby.
He watched Mason's lips turn upwards and give a big smile, toothless mouth on display.
Louis' lips turned up into a smile as well, giggling softly through his tears.
"I knew you would."

"Any progress with the Angel boy?" Lucifer's loud voice boomed, his being sat on his throne. There was a new demon sat next to his throne on the floor, naked, sweat dripping down his body.
"No- not much..." Harry's eyes were drawn to the figure. "What is- that? What are you doing with it?" he asked, eyes moving back onto Lucifer.
The man laughed loudly, "This is Brett. He told me 'he doesn't wanna live here' and he should be in 'Heaven' " he mocked the man, voice becoming higher and pouty. "As if I would just say, 'Oh absolutely. You are correct! Let me just call human resources and get that all cleared up for you!'" He laughed harder.
Harry raised an eyebrow at his father, glancing back over at the naked man.
He snickered quietly as he approached the man, watching his eyes trail up his long legs and up to a very powerful chest and strong arms. "Hi doll" He chuckled, bending down to become eye level with him.
"I absolutely would love to let you continue thinking you are a saint, but I mustn't. Is lying not against God's wishes?" he hummed, gently pushing the mans hair back off his forehead. He has to at least be 30, Harry almost cared to learn about him and know more about his backstory.
Almost.
"Here is how this whole shin dig goes, alright? I hate to tell you this, as I really do not like him, but God makes zero mistakes. As does my father, Lucifer. The two concur almost always over situations like this, and knowing God, if there somehow happened to be a mistake, he would have sent someone to retrieve you." he murmured, smirking and tilting his head.
"Therefore, you are 100% meant to be here. Sorry to burst your bubble." Harry picked up a bloody rag from a few feet away, dabbing the mans forehead.
"You better get used to the heat. It doesn't get any cooler" Harry eyes turned pitch black and his horns grew from hidden underneath his skin, his face blistering and lips cracking.
"Boo" he whispered, a sinister smirk on his lips as the man screamed and fell backwards. Harry quickly stood up, his face back to normal and his horns hidden.
Lucifer had a grin on his lips, "Ah, this is why I want you to help me rule Hell."
Harry nodded, "I don't want to. I want much more in life."
"What could possibly be more than this?" Lucifer asked, eyebrow raised at his son.
"I'll let you know when I find out" Harry murmured, turning to walk out the doors. But he already knew what he wanted.
Louis.
