I yawned awake and rubbed my eyes. my laptop had still been open from last night. I tapped the spacebar twice and then it showed Sean's tumblr. I put my head back into my pillow and smiled. Buzz. My phone lit up and I read the text. 'Hey its Sushie'. I replied back with a 'hey'. I rolled onto my back and looked outside my vast window and out to the beautiful sky. Okay. Wakeboarding tomorrow. I got out of bed and looked for a bikini to wear. I couldn't find a worthy bikini to wear! I decided that it was necessary to go and buy another one from the mall. I grabbed my phone and walked into my bathroom. I washed up and put on some jeans and a T-shirt. I just swept my long brown hair behind my head with my fingers. I checked my phone and I had gotten another text from Sushie. 'R u excited to go wakeboarding with us??'. 'Yes!' I replied. I Then grabbed my bag and wallet and headed downstairs. Once I got to the kitchen, Steven was in the kitchen on the phone. I went to the fridge as I was eavesdropping. He was arguing with his girfriend back from Dallas. I admit, I hated her. She was such a hoe. She always wore revealing clothes and acted like a slut. I took my mind off of the subject and grabbed a water bottle and put it in my purse. I grabbed the keys and walked out the front door. I locked the door and looked at my phone. 'Want to go to the mall?' Sushie had asked. I texted him back and replied with, 'I'm actually about to go! Can you pick me up?' He was quick to reply and said 'On my way already be there in 2'. I just waited outside the door and soon he pulled up. I walked over to the door and opened it. "What 's up Step!!?" He yelled with his arm in the air waiting for a highfive. "Sup Sush!'" I yelled back as I sat down and gave him a high five. We started driving towards the mall. "What are you planning to get?'" I questioned. "Probably a shirt or something from Hollister." He shrugged. "And you?" "A swimsuit." I replied. "Ahh nice." He replied with a laugh. I hit him on the shoulder while laughing as well. "Tryna impress Sean, huh?" He questioned with a smirk. "No!!!" I shouted while blushing.
Soon, we made it to the mall. We walked into the mall and looked for Hollister. "Okay, I'll just look for a swimsuit here. Text me if you find a shirt." I said while I walked to the girls. I had finally found the bikinis. Hmm, which one would look best on me? I browsed through all of them and then found two of my favorite ones there. I took them to the dressing room and tried them on. They both looked good on me. GREAT. I couldn't decide. I definetly wasn't gonna ask for Sushie's opinion. That'd just be awkward. Buzzz. 'Found a shirt. Come to the guys dressing room'. I put my phone into my bag again and then changed out of my bikini. I decided to go with the dark blue and white one. I changed into my clothes and walked out of my dressing room and started heading for the boys dressing rooms. Suddenly, I hit shoulders with someone. "I'm sorry." The boy says. "It's okay." I say while looking into his eyes. Wow, he was pretty cute. He smirked and walked away. I continued on to Sushie's room while thinking about that boy. "What do you think?" Sushie questioned as he was walking around in his stall imitating a runway model. "It fabulous" I said while flicking my hair back. We both chuckled at eachother and then Sushie went back into his room to change. Within 30 seconds, he walked out of his stall and then we walked to the cash register. I was kind of looking for that boy I had seen earlier too. Once we had paid for our things, we walked out of Hollister. "You hungry?" "Yeah, kinda." I replied. "Kay, lets go eat." We walked towards the food court on the second level. Once we got there, we made our way to the McDonald's. Once we got our food, we sat down at a table. "So.." Sushie said as if he wanted to know something. "Yes?" "What was that all about?" At this point i was very confused. Then it came to me..had he seen the whole incident with that guy? "What are you talking about?" I questioned trying to act innocent. "Oh c'mon, you're not fooling me. I saw that!" He giggled. "It was nothing! I just ran into him." He looked at me with a funny face. "I saw the way you looked at him. You have a thing for him already." he said as he took a bite of his burger. "Wow, you're good." "Speak of the devil." He said as the guy had sat down just two tables away from us. We made eye contact and then I looked down. "I'm gonna go get a straw." I said as I got up. I powerwalked over to the straws and then sat back down with Sushie. "Sep, I remember him." "What do you mean?" "I mean, I know who he is." He said seriously. "And..." "And he's bad news. Don't fall for it." "Why? What did he do?" "Just don't get involved." He said with a stern voice. I kept seeing the boy glancing at me in the corner of my eye. I tried to ignore it while i was having lunch with Sushie. When we were done, we both went to the bathroom. When I was done doing my business, I washed my hands and walked out of the bathrooms. I walked towards our table and noticed that Sushie wasn't out yet. Then, I saw the guy approaching me. Oh no. "Hey" The guy said with a smirk. I just pursed my lips into a closed sarcastic smile. "Here's my number. Call me." he winked while passing a note into my hands. "No thanks." I said while handing him the note again. "No. Take it." He said with a little seriousness in his voice. Then I felt someone grab my arm. It was Sushie. He pushed the guy away from me and pulled me closer. "Beat it, Derek." Sushie said with lots of stern in his voice and fire in his eyes. Derek then shook his head and flashed us a devilish smile. He walked away and then we started walking towards the exit and to the car. We soon made it into the car. "Sorry that happened." Sushie said to break the silence on the way home. "Don't apologize for that. It wasn't your fault and you basically saved me. I should be thanking you." I said. He turned to me and smiled. Soon, we got to my house and he slowed to a stop. "Thanks Sush." I said with a smile. "Anytime! And text or call me if you ever need me." He said. "Okay, bye." I said as I got out of the car and shut the door. I unlocked the door and walked inside. Nobody was home, as usual. I was usually by myself around this time. My mom was working and Steven...well, I never know where he is. I just went up to my room and went onto my mac and listened to music while on tumblr. I did that all the way until dinner time. That night, my mom had made pasta for us. It was a nice family dinner, actually. After dinner, I went up to my room and just watched tv until I fell asleep. It was a fun, yet strange day for me.
