Chapter 2

Hey my name is Shauni and im currently in college and i am 22 years old. Im going to school to one day start my own business. I want a business in decorating peoples homes, weddings, and other special events. I live with my mom and my younger brother but he is with his dad most of the time. I have a best friend A'Mari going on 5 years now.

Ringg ringgg
  i answered my phone for Mari.
" Hey girl sooo im trying to go out tonight and i want you to come" she said asking me. I rolled my eyes not really wanting to go at all.
" That's a no for me honey" i answered.
" Well just please come with me this last time come on you go back to school next week and you haven't done nothing fun" she proved a good point.
" ughhh alright. Im getting ready now" she told me she would pick me up at 10:00 and we hung up.
I went into the bathroom to take a shower. Once i was done i moisturized my skin with baby oil. Going into my closet that wasn't big or to small i began to look around for what i could make pop. I saw a cute off the shoulder jean shirt and some high waisted jeans. I decided to through in some color with a matching red purse and heels. I did light makeup seeing as though it was almost 9:30. Mari was always on time so i knew she would be pulling up anytime soon. I took a couple picture until she texted me and said she was outside. Once we got to the club the line wasn't long so we stood and payed $5 to get in. When we got in Mari went start the the bar. I rolled my eyes knowing this was going to be a long night for me.
" Can i 3 shots of vodka to start my night off right" she asked while flirting with the bartender.
" Sure thing pretty lady" he said making her drinks " what about you sweetheart"
That is so corny. I thought in my head but ordered a strawberry margarita because im not a drinker.
After 2 songs and finish my drink me and Mari got up and started to dance feeling good and free.  We were having a good time dancing until our feet started hurting. We made our way back to the bar and ordered another drink. Sipping my drink out the corner of my eye i saw a fine chocolate man walk in with another man behind him.
" SHAUNI" Mari yelled causing me to jump
" What ? " i said in her eye so she could hear me
By now the men were walking toward the bar near us. I looked at him from his feet to his head and once i looked in his eyes we were making eye contact. Even though he was the finest man I've ever seen i knew he could mess up any girls life with just a smile.
" Aye Marcus can we get our usual" Mr.fine said i guessed he was talking to the bartender who we never asked his name. With in seconds they had their drinks without any wait. By now Mari noticed why i had zoned out on her and was smirking the whole time.
" Thanks Marcus and make sure these two fine ladies drinks are on the house.. I got it tonight" He said walking away from us and giving me a sexy wink.

When he was long gone i returned my attention to my best friend that i almost forgot was there and tried to act like i wasn't interested but the way that mysterious man had my body feeling was something i could not ignore.
" mm mm mm" she laughed " its about time you get that kittykat sucked and fucked"
" stop that will not be happening"
" whatever lets drink "
Through the night i some how had a couple of shots along with Mari and 12:00 soon turned into 1:00 and we were both having hella fun on the dance floor. Every now and then i would look up and see Mr.fine in his private section talking to other men and conversing with women. As the night rounded up my song " Big ole freak" came on and i grinded all by myself while Mari did her own thing. Soon i felt someone get behind me and i didn't stop not really caring at the time. I was twerking and throwing ass and i could tell whoever was behind me couldn't handle it. When the song was over me and Mari were ready to go so we back to the bar to cool off for a second.
" ma'am I was told to give this to you"
It was a card with an address and a number on it that said " ill meet you here whenever you get ready to leave - Legend".
I handed it back to the bartender and politely declined the offer. I was ready to go home and get in the bed and he thought of me as the wrong chick.
" You ready Mari "
" yeah lets go"
Almost out the door we heard yelling
" Aye... Aye beautiful"
" Ummm yes" Mari went ahead and walked up not wanting to be apart of this and she needed to seat so she didn't fall.
" i didn't mean to disrespect you back there" " i just wanted to talk to you outside the club" He said
" well we are outside now" i pointed my finger in a circle showing how we were outside.
" oh you got jokes but can i have your name ... Number or something? "
" Honestly idk if i think that would be a good idea" i said not really sure what his motives were.
" Well alright then i guess ill see you around" he said.
I turned and walked away going back to the car and driving to Mari's house who stayed by herself.
Once we got to her house i went to the guess room which was mostly for me and took and shower before getting in bed. For some reason i couldn't get how he said he'll see me again out my head.
" i guess we might see each other again Mr. Legend"
