So, in Dark Souls you can occasionally find items on dead bodies that give you souls (money/xp). A Soul of a Lost Undead is worth 200. A Soul of a Proud Knight will give 4000. Soul of a Great Hero, 10000. I wonder, if I were to die right now, what kind of soul would I leave? Lost? Proud? Great? Something in between? Maybe the Fading Soul, a mere 20. Maybe one of the Souls of Fire that will burn brightly forever. Maybe a Soul of Darkness that will fill the world with nothingness that it may return to what it once was. I hope that when I die, some adventurer on a journey without rest will find some use for what I leave behind. At least.
