Jughead POV:

Since the party, Betty and I haven't really been talking but if we had it has mostly been about how to not get me killed.

I walk down the school hall and I feel a hand grabbing mine.

"You just can't get enough of me, can you Blondie?"

" I can. but I think a have a plan but you won't like it"

"well how bad can it be"

"as in you have to leave the poisons bad..."

Okay, that's bad...

"And why the hell is that?"

"because and then you will join the serpent and they can't hurt one of their own"

"Sorry Cooper, not gonna happen," I said moving closer to her.

"then have a good death day, Jones" and she pushes past me.

"great ass" I yell at her

"Fuck you" she yells back.

I go outside in the hall again and look over to the serpents.
There's no way in hell that im joining them. I see Sweet Pea looking angry around

"Where the hell is Jughead Jones?" he yells

Great, they know...

"right here, Sweet pea" I walk out so everyone can see me. He walks fast over to me and punches me in the face

"im going to kill you, dude"

"Not going to happen, dude" I imitate his way saying "dude"

He is about to punch me again but I quickly move and punches him first.

he gets up and before he got to punch me. A girl comes between us and grabs his hands

"drop it, Sweets," the girl says and I know that voice. The very own Betty Cooper defending me

"Betts leave or join me," Sweet Pea says. I never really got if they were together or just really great friends.

"I. SAID. DROP. IT" she says stern.

"he killed John," he says pointing at me

"we need proof before we kill him. No need to kill an innocent- well not innocent, but I guy who has not killed one of us"

"Okay, but why are you defending him?"

"it doesn't matter. Let's go to class"

"why are you for once so quiet" Betty looks at me but I just smirk

"put that smirk away, Jones" sweet pea says.

Betty POV:

I think Sweets is mad at me after what happened with Jug, um I mean Jughead. so I take him to the side after school

"Sweets are you mad at me because of what happened in the hall?"

"No. Im just confused Betts. Why did you defend him?"

"I kinda like him, Sweets and he deserves a change" I whisper

"BETTY! he is a Poison" he yells and I spot Jughead looking at us.

I hope he didn't hear the thing with me liking him.

"why does it matter?"

"because they are sorta our new rival gang. One of them attacked one of us because of what happened in the hall"

"ohh okay"

"please stop things with him, Betts"

"sorry I can't and you don't have that control over me. Im higher in rank than you, remember"

"I know, but just think before doing something you regret"

"I promise"

"see you," I say nicely

"fuck off," he says and walks off

I walk over to my bike and drives away... to a place I love. A place where I'm not a badass, not a vampire, nothing but myself.
But when I got there I hear a second motorcycle injuring going off.

"I nice place you have here, Cooper"
"Jughead what are you doing here?"
"Just wanted to talk"
"And about what?"
"That you kinda like me"

OMG, he heard Sweets and I's Conversation. I just act like nothing.

"Where have you heard that? From your daydreaming?"
"Oh Cooper I heard you" he's really close now.

Fuck it.

I push my lips against his. He is surprised at first but then kisses back.
"I knew you liked me," he says between kisses.
"Shut it," I say while pulling away and then kissing him again.
The kiss got heated and I feel his hands in my butt. He smirks and then squeeze it.
"Mhhh" I moan into his mouth. He smirks bigger.
We end up laying in the grass making out. He slowly starts leaving kisses down my neck "jug, that feels good" he pulls away
"New nickname huh?"
"Shut it" and I smack his hard chest. His so trained.
He pulls me back into a kiss, and I turn us around so I'm on top. I kiss down his neck forgetting about the veins screaming. But then I feel my fangs and something sticking up between my legs.
I pull away.
"Someone excited?" I smirk, looking between his legs.
"Well I waited for a long time, Blondie" his hand is still massaging my butt.

I get up and he says "Hey, I was enjoying this"
"I have a meeting but I see you around" I answer
"See you, Cooper"
I give him the finger while speeding away.

But I lied. There's was no meeting with the serpents. I was hungry and I'm out of stock on blood at my house, and I don't want to talk with Toby.

I see a stupid teenage girl walking on the street. Screw this... I'm getting better but one person won't make any difference right?

I walk over to her and say "Hey girl, I love your shoes, where they from?" I say in a rich-teenage-girl-voice.
She tries to answer but I guess she saw my fangs and got speechless.
"I'm hungry and you are my meal. Say goodbye world"
I stick my fangs into her neck and feed. Ohh I forgot how good fresh blood taste...
Her blood is dripping from my mouth, but then I hear.

"Betty..."

I turn and sees.
