Welcome to Bachelor in Paradise, where former Bachelor/Bachelorette contestants have a second chance at true love! This season will be filled with love, happiness, tears, drama, and, of course, roses.

Chris and the contestants were once again in the bungalow.
"I can see some very happy couples here," Chris said, motioning to the couples that formed in Paradise.
"Now, next week is the final arrivals week. The week after that is when you will decide if you will leave Paradise as a couple or leave single. But let's not worry about the future, we're in the present. Introducing one of the two ladies that will be joining us, you know her as The Man, Becky Lynch!
Becky walked down the stairs and waved at everyone.
[Becky Confessional: "Hi, I'm Becky Lynch, and I was on Buddy Murphy's season of 'The Bachelor.' I'm very well known as The Man. I'm just hoping my future husband is here."]
"Becky!" Alexa yelled.
"Lexi!" Becky yelled back.
[Alexa Confessional: "Becky and I were best friends on our season. We were known as 'The Beauty and the Man.' She's my bestie."]
Becky and Alexa hugged one another and sat down.
"Nice to meet you, Becky. I'm Maddie." Maddie extended her arm out for Becky to shake.
"You are my idol, Maddie. It's so nice to meet you," Becky told her.
"That's what I said!" Alexa told Becky.
"And now," Chris continued, "the other new arrival, Andi Cruz."
Andi practically ran down the stairs.
[Andi Confessional: "I'm Andi and I was on Daniel Miller's season. I'm really excited for this journey."]
Emma squealed and hugged Andi.
[Andi Confessional: "Oh, Emma? She's my best friend from that season. I met her because she brought a lot of glitter and her room was just so bright with that stuff that it blinded me."]
"So, the men are in control this week. Sami, you have the power of the date card. Choose wisely," Chris said, handing Sami the date card.
"Becky," he said. "Wanna go on this date with me?"
Becky got up. "Sure!"
Becky and Sami went to go get changed and the others left the bungalow.

Emma and Andi walked along the beach, talking and laughing and catching up with one another.
[Emma Confessional: "It's so good to be able to talk to Andi again. She's such a nice person, even though she's very sarcastic."]
[Andi Confessional: "Am I here to find love? No, I'm here to eat sand."]

Bayley and Finn sat on some beach chairs.
"Finn, can I talk to you about something?"
"Anything, sweetheart. What's up?" he asked her.
"I want to leave Paradise with you, as a couple."
"That's what I want, too," Finn told her.
"But I'm not ready for an engagement."
[Finn Confessional: "Why are you asking if that bugs me? I'm fine." *the view can clearly tell that it is bugging him*]
"Why not?" he asks her.
"You know what happened last time I was engaged. Plus, it's only been three weeks since we started dating. That's too soon for a proposal, don't you think?"
Finn pondered it for a moment. "Yeah, I guess so."
"Thank you, Finn."
"No problem."
[Finn Confessional: "She has a point. I'd rather take things slow and end up together than rush things and break up."]

Sami waited for Becky by the boat dock. He saw her walking up to him and he hugged her.
"Hi!" he said, releasing her from the hug. "How are you?"
"I'm good, how are you?" she asked.
"I'm doing well."
"What are we doing today?"
"Well, we're going on a boat ride!"
Becky smiled.
[Becky Confessional: "I hope we do the thing from 'Titanic' where she says 'I'm flying!' That'd be cool."]
The two got on the boat. As soon as it set sail, Becky asked Sami, "Can we do that thing like on 'Titanic'?"
"Sure," Sami told her. So, they did the thing.

After they finished that, they had a picnic, which counted as the dinner portion, on the boat.
"So, Becky, is that accent Irish, or?"
"Yes, it is. When I was about 9 or 10, I moved to the United States. People picked on me for my accent. They were like 'Oh, that's so weird!' or 'You sounds like a man.' That's where I got my nickname The Man from."
Sami looked at Becky sympathetically. "I had no idea, Becky. I'm so sorry."
"Yeah, well, the past is in the past."
"You're right."
Sami grabbed the rose off the blanket. "Becky, I had a great time with you today. You are an amazing woman, and I'm glad I chose you for this date. Will you accept this rose?"
Becky smiled at him. "Of course." She took the rose and hugged him.
[Sami Confessional: "Should I kiss her? I mean, it's only been one date."]
Becky grabbed his arms and kissed him.
[Becky Confessional: "I've never done that before. Wow."]

Back at the bungalow, everyone was awaiting the results of the next date card.
"Diego," Chris told him, handing him the card.
"Okay, Maddie, wanna go on this date with me?"
"Of course!"
[Maddie Confessional: "I get another date tomorrow! Yay!"]
