Your POV:

Break was over and we headed to class to continue our festival preparations.

Since the festival was just after 3 days, we needed to hurry up.

The teacher wanted us to make a practice performance in our Maid X Butler cafe so she could see how will we act.

But we didn't have to put on our costumes.

The tables were arranged along with the chairs and the we girls have written a small menu for the cafe.

"Maids should serve the guys....Butlers should serve the ladies....got it?" Yelled the Teacher.

"Haiii(yeees)!"

So I'm gonna serve boys......

Some of our class mates sat on the tables pretending to be customers.

And the rest of us,including Tsurugi and I,
were the maid and butlers.

"Start!" Yelled the Teach.

I was looking around me for some unknown reason when I met Tsurugi's eyes.

He winked at me.

I don't know why but I quickly looked away....

I thought I might have hurted his feelings but soon I knew that I didn't.

How?

Because when I looked at him again,he was laughing to him self and chuckling at my reaction.

*sigh* *facepalm*

Anyway....we started and each one headed to a table.

I headed to the table that Hakuryuu was sitting at with 2 of his friends.

And I decided to talk JUST like a maid.

"What would you like to order Masters?"
I said with a smile.

They were surprised especially Hakuryuu. ;)

"Wow (y:n)....you're impressive!" Haku said.

"Yeah....it's as if you know this stuff so well. Have you worked in a maid cafe before?" His friend asked.

"No Master." I answered them and we all chuckled.

"I would like to order a light coffee without milk." Said Hakuryuu's other friend.

"And I'll take the strawberry milkshake."
That was Hakuryuu and I was positive he'd choose that...it's his favorite.

"And for me....I could go for some crepes."

"Very well Masters. We won't be late for your orders."I replied and went to the other table.

(Just so you know...they're not going to make these orders they're just saying them for practice ok?)

I was glad I impressed them.

Then I decided to take a glance at what Tsurugi was doing.

And oh boy he was amazing!

Tsurugi's POV:

I headed to a table that had 2 girls sitting at it.

And decided to make my slef sound like a real butler.

"What would my ladies like to order?"
As soon as I said that with a gentle smile..they both started squealing and saying things like..."oh my god Tsurugi just called me his lady!!!" And "he sounded like a real butler! That was absolutely gorgeous!!!"

I just stood there waiting for them to finish.

Then I felt some eyes on me and when I turned I saw (y:n) looking at me.

I was a bit worried coz she might think I was flirting with them or something but then she smiled at me her beautiful warm smile and gave me a thumbs up.

That relieved me phew!

I gave her a thumbs up back and then I took their orders.

[school is over.]

"Mnnnnnghh!" I was stretching.

It's been a rough day.

I was walking with (y:n) back home as usual.

Then I found her smiling to herself like an idiot.

"Why are you smiling like that?"

"Because things are getting better with Hakuryuu,finally." She said with a small cute sigh.

"Great...so now he's just your best friend?"

"Yup and that's what I want."

We reached my house and before I could unlock the door (y:n) pulled my arm suddenly which made me lose my balance trip over her...

And was going to fall on her back but luckily I held to a lowered tree branch while holding her with my other hand.

"What's wrong (y:n)?! We could've fallen ya know." I asked confused.

"I'm sorry Kyousuke...I just thought that I left my maid costume in my house so can we go get it first?" She said.

"Ok no problem."

We headed to her house and when we were standing in front of the front door...
(Y:n) was getting her keys from her bag but....

"What? Where's my keys? I can't find them!" She panicked a bit I kept looking in her bag.

"Why don't you just ring the bell so someone could open for you?" I suggested.

"Oh yes! I totally forgot there was a bell...hehe...."

Clumsy as always.

She rang the bell over 5 times but still no one answered.

"No one's home! How will we get in?" She asked.

I actually had an idea but I didn't know if (y:n) would approve of it.....

"Hey....we can climb to your balcony."

She looked at me as if I was some kind of monster with 3 eyes.

"Of course not Kyousuke! Someone might see us!"

"So what? It's your house after all."

"Well.....you got a point....ok let's try!"

I grinned.

We went below her balcony and luckily there was some kind of ladder lying on the ground.

I took it and placed it on the wall so we could climb up.

I let (y:n) go first before me and I went right after her.

"Careful your underwear is showing." I chuckled.

"Hah?! Stop! Don't look BAKA!(idiot!)" she yelled and tried to cover her self but unfortunately she slipped her leg and fell on me making us both hit the ground but I protected her by hugging her tightly so basically I was the one hit -_-

"Ow....."
