Your Smile ((Clarence x Belson))

Chapter 4: The Gift

Class started, everyone brought their clays and play with them. Well, except for Sumo he's using it to throw at someone(Chelsea is in it too). Eventually, Miss Baker entered the room and told everyone to settle down and start working.

Clarence's POV:

I took out my clays from my bag. I took some blue for the dolphin's body and black for the eyes. I started working the body, it was very difficult but i did what i can do. While I'm working i saw belson, he's really not gonna do anything. I felt sad but then an idea sprang to my head. I thought to myself maybe if i win I'm gonna give this to Belson 'cause i know they love them so much. And plus, my mom taught me how to mold clay and she's really good at it. I was thinking
oops I'm probably been staring at him for too long. I got back to my senses and looked at him. He was looking at me and his face is red. I just smile at then he went back to his game and i continued my work.

An hour later

Belson's POV:

An hour later, everyone showed their work to Miss Baker and judge every single one of them. Then Miss Baker stood from her sit then walk in front of the class  and was about to announce who is the winner. She said,"And the winner of the clay-molding contest is....Clarence!" and she clapped her and so did everyone but not me."Clarence would you present everyone what you have build?"she said." Yes Miss Baker!"clarence said then he walked in front of the class with his work. Then i saw what he did. It was a dolphin on a splashed  water. It was hard to believe he did that. I can see why he won, it was...beautiful. Then he said something,"Thank you Miss Baker for calling me in front, because i have something important to say"he said."This is dolphin is actually a gift"."Oh, who will you give it to?",Miss Baker asked. Clarence replied,"I will give this to Belson". I was shocked and maybe blushing a little cause my face feels warm. Then he walked to me and i blushed even more. And then he gave it to me and said,"I know you really like dolphins Belson so I made you this", he said."...thanks"i said to him."your welcome" he said while smiling at me. He walked to his chair and sit while i stared at the clay dolphin he gave me. Time passed, i don't know what time it is 'cause i was daze and confused. (ooooh the reference, i really like that song) But my senses came back when i heard someone calling my name. I look up and saw Clarence. again. He said,"Hey Belson, are you okay? You didn't even go to at the canteen. You must be hungry,bud" Well, that explains why I'm hungry."Wanna go to rough riders?he asked. And i thought "what the...is he asking me out or something?" i blushed 'cause of that thought. Then i said the most romantic response i can think of,"whatever, doofus".
