i hope this is what you were hoping for! I was somewhat confused but I did my best. the wiki page for wales says he has generally good relationships with his brothers?? idk tho. thank you for continuing to read, and i hope you enjoy!

scotland

knowing his brother's temper, wales decided to take scotland to a bar to calm his nerves. they would talk about their differences and discuss their wrongdoings. scotland would be a bit hesitant to say anything first, giving off an "i did nothing wrong so why am i even here?" vibe. they leave still somewhat angry, but since things have been worked out, they leave the subject alone.

ireland

wales and ireland has a very close relationship before, so it was awkward confronting each other. they met in a cafe to play poker and discuss what went wrong so they can fix their problems. it was fairly easy for them, and they walk out forgetting about their initial issues.

england

england was hesitant to talk to wales. knowing his natural teasing nature, he assumed it was a mean prank from wales. but, he was eventually convinced to allow a talk. they discuss over tea at england's house, and though it is very awkward at first, they get into a rhythm eventually. wales leaves content with the meeting, but is still worried, aware of his brother's ability to keep grudges. but, england completely forgives wales and is happy they talked about their issues.
