we decided to skip breakfast to go to the beach to try and catch the sunrise. the beach wasn't that crowded at 4 am. the sun was just rising making the sky look lilac. we all piled out of the car.
"last one to the beach has to buy breakfast!" Luke screams and we all rush down real fast. Luke isn't that athletic but his long legs made him get down to the beach in 3 leaps. calum plays soccer so he's super fast. Jocelyn has no athletic experience whatsoever so of course she came in last. we all stop at the water.
"uh, Luke?" I say.
"what?" he says as as he begins to take off his pants. "are we supposed to.. strip?" I stutter.
calum gives me a mean look and says "come on, don't be such a baby. we don't judge." he says as he takes off his shirt and reveals his nice, toned abs.
I sigh and start taking off my clothes.
i run into the chilly water and Luke pulls me under. I gasp for air, over exaggerating a bit. Jocelyn and Calum were slashing each other, everyone knows they like each other.
"JUST DATE ALREADY!" they both blushed and told us to shut up. it's true though. they are always flirting and it's just obvious they like each other. I was knocked out of my thoughts when hands were on my hips and I was lifted into the air. before I knew it I was on Ashton's shoulders, jocelyn was on Calum's and we were on for a chicken fight. I caught them off guard so it was an easy take down. soon we all made our way onto the sand. every one went to walk down the beach except for me. I liked to watch the sun rise. it was so beautiful this time of morning. I looked to my right as Michael sat down beside of me. I noticed how his golden blonde hair looked so nice in the sunlight. he was actually quite beautiful, and the sunset made his green eyes sparkle.
we sat in a comfortable silence as the sun slowly rose above the horizon.
"do you want to go get some ice cream?" Michael suggests. "yea, I'm hungry" I laugh.
as we head up to the beach we run into Calum and Jocelyn. "where's Luke and Ashton?" Michael asks. "oh, they met some hot chicks on the beach and went back to their place" Calum smiles and raises his eyebrows.
Anger rose inside of me. My body heated. it's not the fact of them going with random people, it's the fact that the girl that Ashton's with isn't me. he shouldn't just go and have sex with girls.
maybe some ice cream can cool me off.
