Cody's mom was a well oiled machine when it came to fighting. I was actually really impressed. I thought Cody would be too. But when I looked at him he looked annoyed. I nudged his shoulder,"What's up with you?" I asked half jokingly.
He just shook his head and didn't say anything. When Clarisse was done she landed (cause she was on this super cool chariot made out of actual fire) and she ran to Cody and gave him a hug. Well Cody being the female dog he is didn't even try and show his mom even the slightest bit of affection. He looked at me with annoyance in his eyes and I gave him a look saying WHAT THE FRICKING HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU?
"Cody, I know you're mad at me but let me explain," she said trying to hold back a sob.
"Fine," Cody said getting out of her grip and sitting down next to me. "What lame excuse do you have for leaving me with him?"
I had no idea what Cody was talking about but his mom did so I just let them have there moment.
"Cody," she said while letting her emotions get the best of her. "I didn't want to leave you...but my responsibilities as an Olympian, those resposibilities are extremely important."
"More important than your children?"
Clarisse looked hurt but she kept on explaining.
"Cody, do you realize how hard it is for us gods to let our children go. Everyday we look upon camp knowing that you are all in there training for the day when you will have to fight like never before. Cody your father threatened to kill you if I didn't leave you alone. I tried to be there but..."she paused, maybe waiting to see Cody's reaction,"I love you very much."
"I love you too, Mom."
Clarisse looked as if she might cry. They hugged once more before Clarisse told us that she better leave.
"Oh and Bianca," she said while looking in my direction," thank you."

So the reason I have not been writing is because my parents took my phone away cause I failed an Afrikaans test. (Jammer Mevrou V)
But I am back for good (I think).
So I will be updating more. And I am so happy cause I got 85 reads. I know it doesn't seem like a lot but I am so happy.
