The Ball

Fionna's POV

I wake up I someone shaking me awake.

"FIONNA!!! FIONNA!! ITS TIME TO GO TO THE BALL!!!" Cake screams shaking my shoulders. "Okay, okay, I'm up." I give in sitting up.

I stretch my arms and scan my surroundings. Cake is wearing a white bow. Behind her lies my dress and my footwear. I get up and she hands me the dress and my sandals. She shaped gifts into a box, or a fitting room, and I walk in. I change and walk back out.

"You look beautiful." Cake comments. "Cake their making me decide tonight." I whine. "Oh baby it's okay." "But how can I do it?" "Just do what your heart says. You can also choose not to choose." "I love you Cake. You always know what to say." "Love you to baby. Now let's get I that party!"

I get onto Cakes back and she stray he's us to the Candy Kingdom.

As we get I the door lord Mono greets Cake and sweeps her away. I walk the ought the big door and see everyone acting casually. Maybe to casually...

"Hey Fionna! You look great. Wanna dance?" FP greets.

FP is wearing a red flame suit, made out of fire obviously. The suit type thing he is wearing is a whitish collard shirt with the sleeves gone. He has dark red pants on and shoes. The vest he is wearing is also dark red and the tie he's wearing is red orange.

Flame Princes POV

I see Fionna walk through the big doors. As she scans the room I take the chance to run up to her.

"Hey Fionna! You look great. Wanna dance?" I ask. "Maybe later FP." She replies.

I take a good look at her and see she's wearing a simple baby blue dress with two inch straps. There are little white figures that seem to be her cute little bunny hat. On her feet are white sandals.

"Lovely dress." I comment. "Thank you. I like your suit." She says nicely.

She's still looking around, not exactly focusing on me. I mean I really like Fionna and I want her to choose me. But I also want her to feel comfortable, and not feel forced into this relationship.

The big doors open again and it's Gumball. He's making his big entrance. He has a pink suit on, well kind of. He's wearing a white collard undershirt, a black vest over, black pants and shoes, and a pink bow tie.

Now were waiting for Marshall. Me and him used to be friends, before something happened. We're starting to become friends again but it's a work in progress. I take Fionna's hand as Gumball strides over to us.

"Hey Flame. And hi Fionna." Gumball smiles. "Hey Gumball." I reply. "Hi." Fionna says in a tiny voice.

Fionna releases my hand and walks over to the food to leave me and Gumball to talk.

Fionna's POV

I'm feeling really nervous with the two next to me so I excuse myself to the food. There's a whole section of red food desecrated just for Marshall. I sigh and pick up one of the strawberries. I suddenly hear gasps behind me. What? I can take one. Suddenly the strawberry is picked from my hand. I swirl around and see Marshall. He looks... wow.

He's wearing a white collard shirt that's unbuttoned all the way. Up above his waist line is a golden band that wraps around him. He has black pants on and black shoes. He has a long tie that's different shade of blue. The outfit goes perfectly with his blue skin and red eyes.

"Mine." He smirks sucking the red from the strawberry than throwing back where the strawberries were.

I stare at his abs. He's perfectly skinny with amazingly perfect abs.

"Your staring princess." Marshall laughs a little.

My face turns red and I look away.

"Make the right choice, mkay?" Marshall comments. "I'll try." I reply.

I walk over to the other boys with Marshall following behind cooly. We all stand in a circle and I can feel all eyes on us.

"Did you choose?" Gumball asks. "Did you?" FP seconds. "I bet she did." Marshall smirks. "I did. Well kind of." I start, "It was really hard. Gumball, your busy all the time and we never really hang out. Your always in your lab. FP I don't know if I want to be in an on off relationship. It's kind of what it seems like. Marshall. You and I are bro and sis. I don't want to change the relationship we have, I don't want to ruin it. I'm gonna have to choose..."
