A morning so normal and quiet, with the television blaring as Miong set the living room table.

Miong sits down in his sofa and glaced at Appy to check how the boy's coffee is faring. He had made habit of checking on Appy's position, comfortability, and mood whenever they are together.

The said boy drinks his instant 3-in-1 coffee seriously, glaring at the television flashing the morning news flash.

"Hanson and Friks Pharmaceutical Corporation was found responsible for the death of 56 children who took an alleged 'required' government vaccine from their lab. The FDA and DOH defended that there was no given permit to these..."

"The vaccines weren't tested properly, and there are rumors that the dirt poor children were made as human experiment..."

"The public attorney's office talked to the families of the victims..."

"The company will give a compensation of 20,000 pesos each child..."

"They think human life is that cheap?! Just because we're poor they believe they could just kill us and we could just forgive them for 20,000 pesos?!"

"The senate will hold a trial..."

All the news went.

The morning news is now all about the matter, compared to the silence of yesterday. The good news is that it is now known, the bad news is it seems the Malacañang Palace (the residence of the President of the Philippines) has no announcement on the matter. The big corporation hasn't given a personal statement, and it seems they are giving a cold shoulder on the matter.

Appy wants more. This mere uproar is not enough. He wants revenge. He wants justice.

They have bullied the Philippines because they think they could get away with it. He wants that company to go down.

"Is this corporation so huge?" He asked Miong who has settled down, still looking calm and normal.

"Huge and deep. It's hard to penetrate in it."

"And where is the President?"

"My connections can't reach the Palace. Or rather, somebody is limiting my connection." Miong said, his tone serious with his eyes partially rolling. He has the very clear idea of the one limiting him. "It's a secret. Don't ask. But don't worry, he'll come out soon enough."

Appy set down his coffee on the table. He breathed deep, closing his eyes to mourn on the matter. Miong noticed, but he stayed silent.

"Do you think there was malice on their part?" Appy said.

"From the palace? I don't think so." Miong replied.
