"So, what kinda music are you gonna have at your wedding?" Erin wondered as she drove Linda to the hospital for her shift.
"I dunno." The nurse shrugged.
"Can you even dance?"
She laughed. "No! Are you kidding?"
"I thought you loved to dance."
"I do, but it boils down to the twist, the Right Stuff dance, and making up moves as I go."
Erin smiled, "Maybe you should take dance lessons."
"Oh, I'd love that, but I don't think Danny would be okay with that..."
"You could convince him, though, right?"
"Mmm... I'll try." Linda unbuckled and smiled at Erin. "Thanks. This was fun."
"It was. You'll definitely have to do this more often."
"The shoe aspect, not getting a wedding dress tailored!"
The district attorney laughed. "Yes, hopefully we won't have to do that again."
"Oh, I know I won't. I've been hanging out with Danny for ten years. If we're not sick of each other by now, then we'll never be!"
Erin smiled and laughed. "Bye, Linda."
"Bye, Erin. Thanks for driving me."
"No problem."
Linda smiled as she walked into the ER.
"Linda!" Her best friend, Chrissy, exclaimed.
"Hi!"
"How's the fiancé?" She somewhat sang.
"Sexy as always!" The blonde chuckled a bit. "He's good. He's close to making detective, you know."
"It must be fun to have a cop for a fiancé."
"Oh, yeah. But what's really nice is the family dinners on Sundays. But enough about me; how's your man?"
"Sammy? Oh, he's fine. You know, he loves his job and all..."
Linda smiled then the two best friends got to work.

"Danny! How's the future Mrs. Reagan?" His partner, Demarcus, asked.
"She's fine! Very excited," Danny smiled as he drove the squad car. "A little dippy for the moment."
"Why?"
"She's just nervous about getting everything ready. Her parents have copped out, so we're planning the whole thing."
"Who's paying?"
"Uh, my family."
Demarcus nodded. "You excited?"
"Yup. Best decision of my life!"
