He struck it down with one singular blow. He smirked to himself as he watched the rubbled robot crumble to the ground, proud of his accomplishment. He turned his head to where the kid was, now being helped from the rubble by the round faced girl from earlier.

He felt weightless now, like he was flying or just floating there.

No.

Not flying or floating. He can't put his finger on what exactly was happening, but it felt slow. Almost like he was stuck in deep water, unable to control his own movements.

His vision began to blur as the pain set in. Fatigue began to creep up his spine as he observed the blurry, concerned faces of the people below. Midoriya began to shout about something but he couldn't hear him. Round face and the mystery boy also began to shout, but again, nothing could be heard.

Then Midoriya stopped and ran forward. Katsuki blinked, and a pink blur appeared below. He blinked again, the sleepiness setting in more and more each time he blinked. The ground grew closer than it was seconds before.

Oh. So he was falling, wasn't he?

He closed his eyes, the last person he saw was the girl with weirdly rosey cheeks and Midoriya's worried, cry baby face.

Now it was just dark.

His eyes wouldn't open. It was as if they were glued shut. They just stayed stuck together no matter how many times he tried to pry them open. He tried lifting an arm up but it felt as though it couldn't be lifted at all. He felt like he was underwater where control was swayed and manipulated by the waves. He just couldn't move.

"And he's fine?"

That sounded familiar. Who was that? It sounded distant though, a little grainy and muffled.

"He broke an arm, but yes. He will be fine." Unfamiliar, but they sounded kind and elderly. "I healed him while he was unconscious. He will be fine, Mrs. Bakugou."

So it was his mother.

"Thank you. I should be there soon to pick him up, Recovery Girl. I just don't want him walking alone." His mother laughed nervously.

"I'll be seeing you then, Mrs. Bakugou. Bye." A phone call. That explains it.

His composure eased and he felt like he could move freely now. He slowly opened his eyes, his first sight being a bright rectangular light above his head. He blinked a few times to adjust to the change, then looking around to see off white curtains surrounding him. He was in a soft bed, softer than his own back home even. He attempted to sit up but his back ached so he flopped back down as gently as he could.

"Ma'am?" A new voice. They mumbled out their words slightly, sounding a bit nervous like they were scared to talk to the kind person.

"Yes dear?" He decided to listen in until his body decided to stop being a dick. That is the best solution right?

"My ankle feels better. Thank you for the ice pack, Recovery Girl." The new voice was full of genuine gratitude.
