(Vivian)

I woke up at around three in the morning. Pansy and Millicent, my other roommate, we're still asleep seen as it was three in the morning.

I sat up and sighed softly. Today was the first day of classes, and we are to be given our timetables at breakfast.

Nevertheless I lifted myself from my warm bed and grabbed my uniform from my wardrobe. I made my way to the showers and kept my head down. I took a kinda long, hot shower. Okay, it was pretty long since it was almost an hour long. But it felt nice.

Once finished, I stepped out of the shower and wrapped a towel around my torso before starting to dry my long silver hair.

After I was all dry I slipped on my uniform and went back to my dorm.

I slipped on my plain black Converse before walking out to the common room.

I was expecting the common room to be empty, but instead I saw two people sitting on opposite couches in front of the fire. As I drew further into the room I found that it was Draco and Blaise.

"What are you two doing up this early?" I asked them softly as I took a seat on the end of the couch that Blaise was sitting on.

Blaise smiled at me. "I could ask you the same thing. But if you must know, we had heard one of the showers running for an hour and decided to come down here since we were awake."

I nodded slowly. I didn't realise my shower would have woken people up.

Draco noticed my uneasiness and spoke up. "It wasn't your fault, we were already starting to wake up anyways."

I nodded slightly and bit my lip. I fiddled with the sleeve of my sweater.

"I'm gonna go take a shower." Draco announced before getting up and walking out.

"So, Opal, where are you from?" Blaise asked.

"Like, where I was born or live?" I ask back.

"Both."

"Okay then.. I was born in Belfast, Ireland when my parents were on a business vacation for a year. Soon after I was born, like when I was only ten months old, my parents sent me and my brother to live with our aunt and uncle just on the outskirts of London." I explain.

Blaise nodded. "Your parents must be pretty popular seen as almost everyone knows your last name in this school."

"I guess, my aunt always says I'm as useless as my parents..." I admit quietly.

"I'm sure that's not true. I'm sure your aunt and uncle love you."

I shook my head. "They love my brother, not me. You haven't seen the way they treat me."

After I said that Blaise went quiet as we heard two doors open and close.

Draco had emerged from the showers with slightly damp hair and his uniform neatly on.

Secondly, Nikolaus came out of the dorms in his uniform. He came over and sat next to me.

Nik smiled softly at me. "Hey Vivi, I'm sorry for the way I've acted the past few days. I've just been stressed out. Can you forgive me?"

I chuckled softly and smiled. "Of course I can forgive you Bubba, I could tell you were stressing."

Nik tilted his head. "How can you tell?"

I gestured to his bruised and scabbed knuckles. "You bite your nuckles when you're stressed and you punch your punching bag when you're having anxiety."
