We were waiting for Red and Liz.
"Can we please eat I'm hungry and I need food". Kennedy said
"Your always hungry". I said playing with Chris's curls.
"And"?
"Nothing Puerto Rican girl". I said smiling.
She smiled back.
"We have to wait for Red and Liz"
"Why"??? I said whining.
"Yeah nigga why I'm hungry too". Mijo said.
"Alright never one then. Food is in the kitchen".
"Great give me a piggy back ride".
He looked at me like a was crazy.
"What I'm not fat".
"Well.....".
I gasped and pushed him away from me.
He laughed. "Baby I'm joking".
"Whatever Chris come on Ken lets get food". I said with an attitude.
I walked into the kitchen with Kennedy.
"Oh my goodness shrimp steak chicken. I'm in Food Heaven". She squealed and got a plate.
"I see cupcakes". I smiled.
I went over and got the cupcakes and ate one.
"Come on baby I'm sorry". Chris said wrapping his arms around my waist and placing his head in the crock of my neck.
"Mhm".
"Candace I'm serious".
"I know Chris". I turned and faced him and put a cupcake in his face and walked out.
I heard him yell my name.
"Shouldn't have said I was fat". I yelled.
"Candace".
I turned to see him angry with icing and cupcake all over his face.
"Hey baby". I said looking everywhere but his face.
"You are so gonna get it".
"Oh my God Chris is that a spider on your shoe". I said pretending to panic.
As soon as he looked down I ran.
"Candace get back here".
I ran outside and his backyard is amazing.
"Candace you have nowhere to ran".
"What do you mean this backyard is huge".
He ran after me and I decided to go ran back in side. Locking him out the house.
He banged on the clear glass door.
"Candace open the door".
"Nope".
I kissed the glass and went to the kitchen.
"Where's Chris"? Mijo asked
"Locked outside". I said laughing.
"You know he has keys everywhere just incase things like this happen". Mijo said eating his steak.
"Man" I whined.
"Yeah man".
I looked up to see Chris.
I grabbed two cupcakes.
"Come any closer and I'll have to throw these".
"I dare you". He glared at me
I shrugged me shoulders. And threw it on his shirt.
He looked down then back up at me.
He came closer to me and picked up two cupcakes.
"Chris don't you dare".
He smashed a cupcake right in my face.
I grabbed a napkin and wiped some of it off.
"Oh this is war". I yelled.
We began to have a cupcake war.
"Hey".
We stopped to see Red and Liz.
"What the hell happened in here".
"Candace and Chris are having a cupcake war as you can see". Mijo said
I looked at Chris his face was covered in cupcakes.
"Are we done now"? He asked and I nodded my head.
"Now I have to wash my hair and take a shower". I pouted.
"You started it".
"No you called me fat".
"Baby I was playing".
"I mean she does look a little chubby on the sides". Liz said
"Nobody asked you". Ken said.
"Baby I'm sorry". Chris said
"Me too". I sighed.
He pulled me close to him and we kissed. I couldn't help but laugh
"What"?
"You taste good". I said
"Just wait until you get off your period we gonna have some fun". He whispered in my ear making me giggle.
